"The Roar inside"

A mere bones to the dust

All gone

was it just

No cries of lost

slipping feeling
that hair that tossed

the biting play

just wanted it all to stay

all gone now
just gone so suddenly away

rest those weary bones
upon a sunscorched rock

curled then stretched
for no one to see
to hurtfully mock

Instinct to move
at only
"when"

dusk slips silently
upon my soul
my blood heaves
my life my goal

I seek again

I ROAR!
I SOAR!

my inner urge
to not withstand that circled surge

For past doth never comes to a close

shall but it not, surely
leave its imprint

a dash of life
kicks like fire within my sprint

I as you
can only but love

of peace and beauty

flying upon the wings of a dove

Thankyou LB, xxxxx
I thought about this magnificent Lion, who had ruled for many years with his "pride", did not choose to insert that word, as I felt on other angles, it was how sections of life can be, his brother fought him to take over the pride, alone and hurt he stood as his fellow brother killed off his magestic pride...

Yet alone he limped and went silently away.
The nature of life..

Love Soph
