He Walks With Me

For the Lord is here
he has made me stronger.
He lifts me up and sets
me on the right path
that I am to go.
For he knows what my
life is suppose to be
before it is even lived.
He knows why i am here
on earth and what my
goal is in his name.
For i will follow you
i know you will hold
me up in times of bad
and in times of sad.
For i will glorify
your name and all
need to do the same.
For you have been there
all my life helping
me in happy times
and in strife.
For you have never
left even through
I felt alone you
were there holding
me loving me taking
me down life's path
hoping to show me
he is there forever.
Look up to him and
ask him on that day.
Lord why did you
forsake me leaving
me all alone?
He will say I was
always there
I
carried
you
all
the
way.

Wendy you are a true poet friend and i am so glad you liked this. I was given this for a reason and i follow my path. For your vacation isn't there somewhere special you want to go. Vacation time is so precious i know you don't get much. I am honored by you asking to come here have you ever been to chicago.
