Far From My Love

A blistering sun carve maze on a dried creek bed
The barren heart of Uluru thirsting for summer rain
Pondering the future remembering the past
While desert thunder hides the breaking of my heart
For although I've found love in this world full of thieves
The distance leaves a foul taste of bitter and of sweet
Warm air from the floor fan slightly cool the summer heat
Reminiscing those random thoughts in tropic nights
When our soul was intwine dancing in the moonlight
