LOVE ISLAND Beyond my reach to this love island I castaway my dreams of capture, To a forgotten place. No one live on Love island Except the shadows of dreams Like a mirror glaring up at the sun. It cracks the blue sapphire waves. Beyond my
I believe you are there, Somewhere in the endless air, A presence felt but never seen, A whisper in the silent dream. You are the gentle touch of breeze, That rustles through the autumn trees, The warmth of sun upon my face, A reminder of yo
The poem is all about the anxiety and excitement that drives through my bloodstream whenever I plan going for any trip and it has become that living souls that hunts me and will keep hunting me.
I wrote this poem at school when I was about 14 or 15 I spent a lot of time on it rhyming the 1st and 3rd lines plus the 2nd and 4th lines in each verse. I secretly continued writing it even during my maths class... hence I wasn't much good at maths Lol. I used this poem to help me in the practice of o*al English and elocution lessons... hence I ended up learning it off by heart and rewriting it later in life. It was particularly helpful as I was dyslexic and terrified of reading out aloud.
This poem was inspired by the fairy tale mirror mirror on the wall... I thought mirror mirror on the ceiling would be a nice adult Twist. This was part of a project where we were decorating mirrors... My full length mirror was decorated fit for Freddie Mercury... and was exhibited at the Alley Theatre Strabane.

Many years ago, in a reflective mood thinking randomly about the subject of people and animals being reborn in another time, it came to me to write this poem.
anyone will knowledge of Druids will know of this myth just a bit of fun
this is a fascinating subject I find. Buried in myth some say Fairies watch over all things to do with nature and on that I agree Others think fairies are creatures of mischief personally I think thats the Imps. Others say, they are creatures of spite and malicious I can't agree with this. How can such a beautiful thing be that way I know a romantic I am but still. To goblins and the like go such things as spite and malice. Glamour Stone this is a stone found at the bottom of a brook that has a self bored hole in it made by the tumble of the Brook's water. Not one found on the beach or made by sea legend tells us that if you look through the hole of a glamour stone a fairy you will distinctly see haven't tried it before ask you sometimes its best to let legends remain legends. Did you know that in early legends they did not have wings but floated around on leaves and backs of birds? Only since Victorian Times have they been accredited with wings yes I myself do believe in fairies

I used to get a magazine called Weekly World News. They stopped publishing it quite a few years ago. It was filled with fantastic stories that were basically made up fantasy, but it was fun to read.

What if we could travel back in time and take on the role of someone ... become the author of books that someone else wrote ... the inventor, the singer, anyone we chose ... we would be stealing not only their property but their very life ... thinking along those lines led to this
