the birthday of my death

The Birthday Of My Death (Den' rozhdeniya moyei smerti)

Today at daybreak
I lost a shadow of my hope
I entangled myself in the nets
Being too lazy to disentangle though
And as if under the spell
I forgot the order of days
Is it my birthday today
Or the day of my death?

I am all alone in this world
Only emptiness awaits me ahead
Is it roof or a thin line
Under my feet?
I am nearly God's equal
I am higher than the king
I will put my foot on the edge
And say: "Hello, Earth!"

And then at one stroke
I will solve all my problems
And in the end I will sin
By my imperishable ashes
I know that sooner or later
Whether you believe me or not
It will come anyway -
The birthday of our death...

broken hearted

i told you i would cause you stressi told you i would cause you pain
i even told you the reasons why i cry
out in the rain
i told you i loved you
and you knew it was true
so why did you take my heart
and rip it in two?

Raindrops

Even raindrops find the grey sky depressing so they often run away and fall down to earth where they form gangs on the pavement like home torn youths, menacing enough to make people walk round them to avoid confrontation and the wetting of shoes.
It takes a blue sky for the raindrops to rid themselves of the reds so they can go back home and form white fluffy clouds looking down at us in whatever shape they fancy until the next time the sky turns grey and the raindrops get pissed off with life enough to once again ruin my day.

Not meant to be

I feel as if I'm falling
Into the oblivion below
Faintly, I hear you calling
I wonder if you're friend or foe
I feel like I don't know you
You've shown me only part of yourself
I don't know what to say or do
I know that we are beyond help
You never tell me anything
And you get so mad when I ask
Anger is what I seem to bring
When I cry all you do is laugh
You know how much this hurts me
As I think the world of you
Obviously we weren't meant to be
And we both know this is true

Justice 96

Today is a day we sit and we pray,
For the 96 lives that were taken away,
They went to a match and never came home,
Leaving family and friends still feeling alone,
“Why did it happen?”
We still hear the cries of the Liverpool fans
For the ones who have died.
But nobody answers and nobody tells,
Of the miscarriage of justice
That’s stuck in our heads
But please don’t worry and don’t be afraid,
We’ll keep on fighting until the right ones have paid.
Mc Kenzie you BASTARD !!!
Are you proud of what you said???
About the Liverpool fans and the 96 dead???
You insult one of us you insult one and all,
We’re Liverpool Football Club nobody walks alone.
We still can’t forget about the police on that day,
They caused all the chaos and still haven’t paid,
For the 96 lives that never came home,
Leaving family and friends heartbroken and alone,
20 years have passed on since that fateful day
When 96 lives were taken away.
But you’re never forgotten,
Your voices are strong
Every match day on the KOP
When we sing “Walk On”
So RIP to the 96 fans
We’ll keep this fight going
Until JUSTICE is in our hands

Innocence

Innocence

The young girl sings as she brushes her hair
dreaming of the day her True Prince will care!

“But your prince is here, and I am he
just open your eyes and you will see”.

The young girl sings as she passes the day
dreaming that her Prince will take her away!

“But I am your Prince and I understand
so why not take my outstretched hand”?

The young girl sings and minds her child
wishing that her Prince could be so mild!

“But I am your Prince and I am true,
I will always be here waiting for you!”

The young girl sings, then begins to cry
realising too late, her Prince was a lie!

Does It Matter?

Does it matter that the wind is blowing,
On a hot and sweaty day?
Does it matter that the rain keeps falling,
When the kids go outside to play?

Does it matter that the sky is grey,
At the beginning of our springtime?
Does it matter that a child is starving,
Because his mother spent her last dime?

Does it matter how I'm feeling, when
You need time to be on your own?
Does it matter hat I am running scared,
Scared of of being left alone?

Does it matter that I see blood,
Engraved in a young child's hands?
Does it matter that I see hatred in your eyes,
And love is just a song sung by the bands?

Does it matter that each night I try,
To find comfort and peace when I sleep?
Does it matter that instead of a tooth under my pillow,
It is tears that I always weep?

Does it matter?

BETRAYAL

Betrayal
Dreams now shattered pain is with in
Years of anger mistrust and betrayal
Tormented and beaten forgotten denied
Drugs and additions so many lies

The pain I knew I had to endure
To keep my self living I knew this for sure
The violence the rage ill take to my grave
To save my child I now must be brave

With the birth of a child life should begins
This love so precious that lies deep with in
Gave me the courage the strength and the will
To keep my child safe from this demons from hell
