To the memories of Me And You !

And I still beleive
In You and Me
Call me Crazy
Sew me Cuz I Feel !!
I still beleive

Cuz that part of you never left me alone
And I Go everywhere tryin to let go
You keep on coming back like never before
I thought i would cry my tears ,closin' the door
So here you are with me and im with you
I don't know what im doin , what am I fighting for !
God Knows why Am I holding on
To the memories
To Sorrows
Of Me And You !

Shodows

You see a show through
the widow to the world.
Do you know what it is?
Do you know who it is?
Is it someone out there
for you or is it a
stranger waiting for you
in the dark ready to pounce?
For you must look and see.
Yet the shadow is gone
and no one in the distance
for you to see.
For where has it gone
and will it come back.
Just keep a watchful eye
for shadows can be
painful to you.

Tainted

Silver spoon from your mothers womb
You always were never wrong
Your arrogance overwhelming
Your attitude too strong

Was it because you had too much
That your life went astray
Abused a privilege that was served
To have your own way

The trouble that you caused
In the passing of time
Broken bonds of history
Lost on coppers fine

Running with the pack
Along the devils street
It was only a matter of time
Before you had to be discreet

So many opportunites
Discarded by the way
The drugs you took only look
To see if you'll be back today

You keep knocking on mothers door
For her to help you out
Then sit there wondering
Why the tears and the shout

For her love for you will never die
But she is at her wits end
Its time to cut the chord boy
A broken life YOU must mend

Sea Change

Time to make a change
I feel i'm wilting here
The soil beneath is stagnant
I need fresh atmosphere
My toes are curling up
An my nostrils they do flare
My colleagues i have let down
For i find it hard to share
Embodied in my life
By my duty to rear an care
A backstep i have taken
For my son to be aware
Another four years is all i need
For him to be a man
The essence of our friendship
Brings joy to our clan
But this town was just a stopover
Many many years ago
It never really appealed to me
But we gave it a go
I want to head back to
Where the ocean laps the land
Appreciate the sunrises
Acknowlege what is grand
Simple living in harmony
Can bring more joy than i know
Beats working for the companies
That care only for their dough

PAIN

For pain is all i feel
from knee to toe.
Discomfort in all i
do the pain is all
the way through.
Each day i try to
ignore it you see
but life is not
that way for me.
Just close your
eyes and let
the pain out and
let it be free.
Just do not let
the pain anywhere
near me.

Sitting on the Highway

Sitting on the highway in a broken car
wondering where you are
How it all just came to be
how the loss of you damaged me

Are you crying saddened tears in heaven
do you think of our love and how i been
are your dreams to be seen my friend
love that came to a end

Pretty angel in my heart your always here
Weather far or weather near
for your light that always beams
i hope its my love that fills your dreams

SOS

SOS

all around me r changing
continuously transformed
the circle in a square
like light to dark
sun to moon
war to peace
and vice versa
Give me something to lean on
a sign to follow
something permanent to believe
an idea to embrace
a stable ground
to walk, to run
................to be saved

FRANK WENT MISSING AT KILLBEG POINT .

FRANK WENT MISSING AT KILLBEG POINT

In the Coppermill Inn, the old ones drank,
They spoke of a night, long, cold and dank.
Puffing a clay pipe old Ben he did say,
Remember the night poor Frank went away.

Ay says Joe, that was one bad night,
Wet and cold with scarce a light.
The fishing boats at moorings lay,
They would not sail out this day.

Frank was the captain of the Tidy Miss,
To feed wife and child he had to do this.
He fished the wild seas, to make the ends meet,
Joined by four others, who made up the fleet.

Battered down by fortunes cruel,
Frank battled on like many a poor fool.
Each day he sat and mended nets,
To fend off the tallyman, and his mounting debts.

His lovely wife Maggie, had borne seven barins,
In their humble croft dwelling, among the Cairns.
Within her womb now twins did thrive,
Two more mouths to be fed and be kept alive.

Depressed and despairing, no fish could be caught,
With doubt and with fear his poor life is fraught.
Dark fog is outside and also within,
Fearing the workhouse, a human waste bin.

His last known night, was passed at the inn,
Stoked up with ale and with plenty of gin.
This was the last time that old Frank was seen,
Seeking a release for just the time being.

Around ten o’clock as the mist grew thick,
Looking out of the window Maggie missed not a trick.
Her heart it had told her, that all was not right,
He would not be home, this dreary dark night.

A wise Scottish lady, she rarely was wrong,
Gone was her life on a wisp of a song.
He never came home, not then and not ever,
A life disappeared to the sweet purple heather.

Come every November the folks reminisce,
How could it happen, a tragedy like this?
There now stands a plaque on Killbeg point,
The memory of Frank it serves to anoint.

i can be found

In the shaky silence
I can be found
Trying to find my way out
of this maze of neverending darkness

On the cold hard ground
I can be found
beating at the chains
that hold me down

In my mind
I can be found fighting with deamons
of my past

In my soul
I can be found
fighting for my life

In these words
I can be found
showing who i am

Busy

There was a time when she could not get her fill
Those phone calls were ever such a thrill
Now even though he still paid the bill
Talking to him was like taking a pill
To make those calls she had not the will

Once he was her turtle dove
She placed supreme value on his love
Now she could not find the time
Though it will not cost her a dime
Just thinking about him was like eating lime

That she no longer cared was the truth
This was the problem at it's root
Still his benefits he did not want to lose
Anyway she was too nice to tell him a lie
Or kiss the benefits he offered good-bye
