Even then the clear winner is China. No other nation can field an army that in todays world already has the might to occupy all of south east asia.
Thankfully they are not that interested in expansion at present. If they were then they would still be growing their army day by day when the western world had run out of bullets.

I am 100% agree with you. Chines have world's most biggest Army but at the same time Chines are very peaceful people. They concentrate only on their Economy.
