With a good Curry it don't matter whether the Meat is off or not! The result on the Thunder-Box is the same!

It's tough to pick just one, and this thread is making me hungry (!) but I have developed a real appetite for Greek cuisine--I love Moussaka, Spanokopita, rosemary grilled lamb, all those. There is a chicken-lemon soup (I can't pronounce it) and cheese that is served in flame. Wow--I just love Greek food.
"Shoo-Fly Pie And Apple Pan Dowdy"--not just songs--they're real desserts.
Shoo-Fly Pie
Make a buttery pie crust, fill with molassas, brown sugar, etc...(all the ingredients for pecan pie without the pecans), bake until filling is set and crust is golden brown, (keep buttering while baking). The Quaker/Amish variation of this includes topping the shoo fly pie with chocolate fudge that has NOT set, and putting in fridge until it does.
Apple Pan Dowdy
Highly seasoned (brown sugar and cinnamon) apple slices topped with baked pie crust--basically "Apple Crisp", serve with hot butter rum sauce and/or vanilla ice cream.

Italian, followed by French, Japanese, Indian and Chinese.
NecaRob: My favorite is Ecuadorian, hands down! Yes, I know they are Spanish, but the food is all it's own.
It would be somewhat different to Spanish cuisine, would it not? After a few hundred years of Spanish cuisine and the local food interacting there must surely have been adaptation of native cuisine. The differences in the local produce alone would create changes.
