Right so why not attack China for their cruelties?

Afghanistan and Iraq were attacked because they violated Article 51 of UN Charter not to rescue people. The latter was a bonus byproduct.

Just been catching up on North Korea here. You have to admit....the new North Korean leader Kim Jong Um....for never serving a day in the North Korean military. Sure knows how to raise up thru the ranks.

He was already the "Supreme Commander" but recently got a new title....he is now both Marshall and Supreme Commander Kim Jong Um.
banana Most definitely the top banana in the North Korean military.
Not once, but twice over.laugh So we have to award him the infamous CS double dancing top banana banana banana award.

This new title was at the seeming purge of the old North Korean Marshal and new serving as the commandant of a penal Gulag on the Northern Russia and North Korean border. wow Marshall Ri Yong Ho was dismissed from ALL North Korean positions because of a 'illness'. He coughed at the wrong time in a meeting with the new young leader Um. So maybe he is not the commandant, but a resident at the gulag. Please mail all get well cards to Ho there.

While back in Pyongyang, the celebration for the New Marshall and Supreme Commander continues on. It is summer time and the people don't have to worry about freezing to death. So? Time to P...A...R....T....Y
The Supreme Commander is said to have new girlfriend....a unnamed North Korean woman has been seen several times recently at his side at public functions.

But with Um's questionable elder brothers.....both of whom would fit into the San Francisco life style very nicely......the new Marshall and Supreme Commander has to give the North Koreans confidence that he is not just as wacked out as they are. So with love in his eyes
love , it had to be difficult to let old Marshall HO, go. Ummmm to the gulag. Yes that is just a regular Ummm and not to be confused with the Marshall and Supreme Commander Um. Ummm you can tell by the two dancing banana banana awarded earlier in the post.

If you are at this point confused on your Um's. Just remember that the one M Um is the twin dancing top banana banana banana Um and the multi M Ummmm is the what you say when confused. Bringing us back to the blight on the North Korean people. That have watched the twin dancing Um and top banana Um since his father's death.....solidify power in the near powerless country.

Twin dancing top banana UM banana banana plan to get the country back on a solid economic track is modeled after President Obama fine track record here in the United States. He has proposed, first to borrow several trillion from China. Second not to pay it back. Third to let the Chinese invade the country and and seize control.

Of course he would lose his coveted twin banana status awarded recently here at CS.banana banana But to the clear thinking Marshall and Supreme Commander Um, this is not a problem. He simply thinks that he can confuse the Chinese with a another Ummmmmm. Remembering that his deceased father had 4 now unemployed body doubles.
I do wonder what does a body double Jong II does, after the Supreme Leader and Marshall Jong II does die.

Which of course brings us back to your Ummmmmmmmm of confusion.....

grin

ttom500: The DEM are threatening to take the country over the financial cliff.

As Little Richard likes to say...."Good Golly Molly"

I really thought elected officials were suppose to find ways to keep from falling off the financial cliff. But these are such strange times we live in.

If they don't get their tax increases on the 1% and those making over $250,000....the DEMs are willing to let "all" the Bush tax cuts and spending provisions expire.....pushing the car to the edge of the cliff and hanging a tire off of it.

How can a few narrow minded and ego centered elected officials with a leftist ideology have the power to ruin this countries financial ratings? Costing the 310m American billions in increased interest rates!

But yep they have that kind of power. Sadly the American people over the years have placed fiscally irresponsible DEMs in office of power.
Now that vote cast a few years ago, can come to cost them billions by a ideology driven DEM that are out to punish the wealthy.

Sen Patty Murray (D of Washington) and head of the super debt committee appointed by President Obama during the deficit crisis of recent. Says this...."If we cannot get a good deal, a balanced deal,
that calls for the wealthy to pay their fair share then I will absolutely carry on this debate until 2013, rather than lock up a long term this year that throws the middle class families under the bus."

Respectfully, Senator Murray is clueless.

If they don't come to a deal before the Bush tax credits and spending provisions end in DEC....some $600b in government are set to expire....and another wheel of the car is pushed over the financial cliff. Push the car down the cliff and what did you do to the middle class families? No, they are not under the bus, but they are riding run away car of debt with high interest rates to the bottom of the cliff. In the end it is the diffference between a collision and run over for the middle class.

Instead of trying to build confidence in a fiscally solid America, DEM continue to play fiscal mismanaged crisis politics. Financial fear mongering for votes. So if they cannot buy your vote with a hand out.
They will fear your vote by pushing the car off the cliff. All to strike at the wealthy.

Well Patty ...let us consider. That the wealthy....are paying a whole lot more in taxes than the estimated 45m that don't pay. You know the 45m that are getting all these free government benefits and food stamps.

The wealthy pay a whole lot more than GE that has 1/2 of it employment in off shore employment....that is about 150,000 jobs in 43 different countries.....this is the company that President Obama heralds and made its CEO head of the Jobs commission. But let us not talk a out outsourcing, Romney is the king of outsources, from what DEM commmerical have. Only that was back in 1999 and prior. GE is today outsourcing and tax evasion.

So what is fair, Patty? Getting another dollar from the wealthy? For some some far left program. OR getting GE and the 45m that don't pay any tax at all to contribute to the tax base of the country?

Seems to me that it is the later. But these are strange times when political ideology means more than the welfare of the country.

Willowdraga: Not even if you did consider the war a success which it wasn't and illegal and extremely deadly to the citizens of Iraq. They are even worse off now that we displaced Saddam then they were under him. It should have been them who displaced Saddam and then they would have been ready to handle all that has come after. We invaded them wrongly, we took down all their infrastructure so they do without electricity and plumbing, etc... we destroyed massive amounts of their historical buildings and treasures.

Albertaghost: Saddam was even deadlier as he killed over a million people almost half of them Iraqis and, would have continued if not stopped. As for the war being illegal you can address that fallacy here;

Funny, nobody voted to have a dictator placed back in charge rather they voted for a constitution which outlines the democratic process by which they have lived their lives since.
They didn't have a choice, their nation was in violation of ceasefire conditions and had to be brought into abeyance. Regime change was the legal method used and, according to the Geneva Convention a government has to be in place prior to the victors leaving.

The UNSC Authorized the coalition to use whatever means necessary to get Iraq to comply with the ceasefire conditions, war is hell and that is why when you agree to ceasefire conditions you obey them, not flaunt them for over a decade. The Iraqi people had ample opportunity to oust Saddam and they did not and this is part of the reason why their country remained in violation of those conditions.
Fifty million people free today and hundreds if not billions of their descendents will be free now as well.

All you wrtie in this post of urs are wrong informations mister Alberta.

Who autorised WHAT? Are you dreaming again?

GWB decided that illegal shi* and he did it because Halliburton and Koch and other oil leeches wanted free and cheap oil and huge benefits and that,s it! The dang hilly billy GWB really beleived arabs do not know what oil is and would give it for free to the dang Bushney,s!

No body allowed GWB and Blair and some other european mostly monster right wingers buzo stoopidoes on charge back then begining that Dumb war of the Bushney,s which leaded to a total economical melting down of us all !

No weapons of mass destruction and even Sadam was a damn bloody monster, but still a lot of the same types are on power Also in Saudi and else where all over that troubled area of the world!

What ceasefire are you talking a bout any way? If GWB really cared a bout "freedom" as you love to claim, he would use his Brain and enabling people of Iraq freeing them selves as it happend in Libya and Egypt and Tunesia and very soon in Syria and Yemen and Iran as well, under the very bright watch of president Obama.

For GWB and for the rest of monster inc. ultra right winger propoganda machine of America... arabs do not even desreve freedom, and as long as dictators are on charge, more weapons will be sold to them, and oil will stay cheap... and then a tiney group of FAT Bushney fellows will be able of keep living their lives as kings with out even working hard for it as kings never do as well!

The Obama adminstration has been doing radio commercials to expand the number taking food stamps. Yep to place them on the government role and make them dependant on the government for the necesscities of life.

Obama tells us it was not the small business man that built his business. WELL.....here something for the President to consider....
in 1988-9 when we lost 1/3 of our citrus trees to a frezes....it was not the Government that replanted the 1000s of trees. It was not govenment that place irrigation on our properties. It was not the government that kept the equipment and vehicles working.

If you have the stomache and courage to be a small bueinessman....you take risks. Financial risks and decisions risks.

President Obama tells us his toughest moment was the 40 minutes during the bin Laden raid. He was safe and sound 6000 miles away from were it went down. The raid had been planned to the last detail. Practiced many times by the SEAL team. so what does he have to worried about?

If it went bad, he was just going to fired some REP SEALs from the Navy. He was not going to take any heat for a raid gone bad. did he take any heat later when the SEAL Team 6 was shot down in Afghanistan?
This the teflon President. The only way to make it stick, is to make him a one term President.

Now you have to admit, since leaving office, GWB has kept a low profile.

He is has not stirred the pot on the Obama administration. Rather has given President Obama, "the space" that President Putin has not. Not with Russian troops in Syria.

GWB just gave a interview were he said that being President was awesome. That the last four years were awesome as well. That he has no desire for "fame and power."

By the way.....that is exactly how George Washington did his step down as well. Pretty classy, yes?

But what is wrong with Bush's comments? Because to the liberal bloggers they are fodder for fire. But if you read the liberal comments in the yahoo article......they go after GWB with a vengence.

See I don't get it. I don't like Preisdent Obama positions or policies.
But once out of office either now or in 4 years....he is gone and in the dust bins of history. Why would I want to continue the ideological debate then? Or the anger and wack wack blogs of this campaign?

But DEMs have this sense of being able to rewrite history with their words. They cannot say 'it is water under the bridge and then off and down the water fall'. When at a recent REP rally, a Romney supporter.....yelled out that Obama was a "Monster"......Candidate Romney said to the croud..."That is not a term I would use."

Just like when McCain corrected his supporter in 2008. Romney chooses a higher road in the rhetoric of his campaign base the wants to paint the President at every turn.

Just watch the response that comes from the gesture from the opposite side of the countries politics. Mitt Romney has collected a number of spiteful terms and adjectives from the Obama supporters.
Will the President that wanted the rhetoric toned down after the Gabby Gifford shooting this time with a base that is less than motivated.....encourage restraint on their part?

Well we only have Dudes....posts to give a hint to that....but as their CS representative, clearly the attack mentality is rampant in the liberal DEMs of the day. Romney has not given them much to attack. So far it is Bain, Bain Bain.....Romney's employment from over decade ago. That has caused them to froth.

Not having many success stories has to hurt Obama. His 2008 message of hope and change...brought the illusion that his presidency was a turning point in the ill of Washington. Only we find it to be more of the same in Washington....as scandle has rocked the Obama administration time and again.

As the minority party, the job of the REP was to expose and investigate those scandles. With the number and variety areas, the
REP were almost over whelmed by the task. This minority role is not defined in the Constitution. But over the years has developed to be one of the unwritten roles of the minority party.

This is one of the checks and balances within our government. It keeps a President or political party from using excessive pressure and immoral means to accomplish the role of governace. That this President extend executive priviledge over the fast and furious, show exactly why the minority party is needs to do this role.

Romney has talked little of Fast and Furious. Little on the ACA Supreme Court Ruling. Little on the SEAL Team 6 shoot down. Little on the security leaks of the Obama administration. So he has plenty of ammo for a negative campaign. But has stayed to the question of the economy and employment. The real issue of millions of Americans.

While President Obama and his DEM minions.....focus on Bain, Bain, Bain. This focus is simply because the administration understands the working of the vast economy like the United States so little, shown by the economic failures of the last three years......that they only have
Bain, Bain, Bain to complain )) about.

Ccincy: Do you really believe that our government is going to provide us with the right facts?

You can get the figures from various sources among them the Iraqi government, HRW, Amnesty, IBC and others so no need to rely on one source.

I also said I bet not that that many died. Some peopole need to learn how to read a post.

Actually you said the contrary, that twice as many people died as had been freed. Seems you need to learn how to remember and read what you wrote. In post #427 I said;

Albertaghost:
"Bush freed fifty million people. Obviously you don't appreciate freedom.”"

To which you replied;

Ccincy:
I'll bet he killed twice as many for nothing.

Ccincy: Why do people always feel the need to challenge someone to show proof.I'll tell you what the next time I get to Iraq or afghanistan I'll be sure to go find all those death bodies and mail them to you. How's that?

How about just giving us the various methods of how you came to the conclusion that a hundred million people were killed in Aghanistn and Iraq at the hands of the US.

Ccincy: I said I bet twice as much. And they all died for nothing.Just like our troops died for nothing.Does duck or al really believe that our government is going to provide us citizens with a right total of deaths. I doubt it.Some people need to put down the crack pipe etc.

I believe that the various other entities that have totals are somewhat reliable and, those numbers seem to jive with what the US government states.

And no, you meant twice as many died a had been freed. Fifty million people were freed and twice that is a hundred million whom you bet had died.

doh
