I'm on a see-food diet - whatever I see, I eat. But at least I have a walking group, and the Friday/Saturday walks are nice.
I have 75 kg weight and i walk every day for 30 minutes but durring the last one year my weight climbed up from 67 kg to 75 kg,i think i need some diet programme
I figure if I eat slop one day and eat right the next day, then I have balanced diet! 2 pounds of garbage = 5 pounds of good food, so it balances out (I hope.) Or I eat one candy bar and a nice, healthy diet otherwise. Aren't I good in math?

I guess I'll weigh in.... (sorry, I had to. lol) 6' tall, and runnin my butt off at work+not eating much.... 160lbs. good for 40, I guess. I could actually stand to gain some.

Love veg and fruits fresh one but also like to eat butter in the morning some time and dont like sugar,i think along with exercise weight can be control if we will take dinner 3 hour before we goes to sleep,i tried that its working
Yes cofee and tea is good for weight control but summer is extreme here i dont take it durring that period of time,weather is getting better now i started taking it in the morning

You need some weight take a good breakfast with milk,eggs,butter and bread
Ive never been on a diet in my entire life. I dont believe in all that negative body image crapola. I have no clue what I weigh, I havent for most of my life. I eat reasonably healthy, but at the same time, everything in moderation. I think there is far to much food obsession happening in the word.
We live in a garden of abundance, enjoy and be grateful
I was out on a date last night and the fellow was Vegan, Im pretty accepting of anyones lifestyle, but I couldnt help but think, after living in Mexico for so many years, in a culture where peeps eat to live and food is a celebration, I guess I came to have a different view on things. It struck me as a food obsession, one that could only happen in a first world society.
