summersum: I have to say I'm quite disgusted that its all about money to some women And men.... At the end of the day you can have as much as Aristotle Onassis BUT if you only have a little Willywonker.....
Would improving the girth by wrapping a few £100 notes around it be acceptable ? .....
Intelligence is definitely a first priority. If a man is intelligent (& wise), he will know how to make money. It's been proven that couples who have a higher education level are less likely to divorce than couples who are less educated.
A topic that hasn't really been discussed much on dating sites is personal debt. Some people have worked hard and made sacrifices in order to either avoid being in debt or just trying to live within their means. Someone who is debt free is most likely not going to be attracted to someone who is drowning in debt. Sometimes it doesn't matter if you make a lot of money, if you don't manage it well or have a gambling addiction, most likely you're going to have a problem staying out of debt.

Its okay, I can sell your vital organs.
I am happy to look for them in a man who has run up debt.

Well put! I might add that those single people today, who have been frugal and or economically responsible, who have worked and saved and more or less debt free, don't have another 30 years at 60 to do it all over again.
Whenever I've raised the topic of a pre-nuptial agreement, the other party has always turned cold and disinterested, immediately. Seems like they always reply that anyone going into a contractual-relationship (marriage) needing a prenuptial has to feel that relationship is going to fail from the start. Bulloney. I look at a pre-nup as simply insurance, necessary because of the current trend of failing marriages.

Ayrtonsenna94: Question for the ladies: What do you look for in a man?
an independent mature man who can take a stand in his own feet, not a crawling crying baby....Its not funny if I lead a man and do babysitting for him... a good leader with soft heart wanted...and only in my age range...

Errrmmm...ye-ah, to me it says you don't trust your partner to have integrity and without that, you don't have a relationship. Not much point in getting married on those terms.
Although from what I've witnessed (with the exception of one man I know), it seems the men are more likely to lack a sense of fairness at the point of divorce, so women and children might benefit from prenuptial agreements.

gee wiz, people marry for bunches of reasons... money, lust, social status, envy etc.
and, yep. all these people, men and women marrying today for money doesn't say much for integrity.
I'm not thinking of marriages that exist early in someone's life to start a family etc. Aside from that kind of relationship, how does this sense of fairness apply?
Anything earned and saved prior to a marriage is not considered a marital asset in most States here. so, what does fairness have to do with most marriages started much later in life? Fairness to me means, everyone should get what they put into the relationship, when it fails.
