Hello 
I am "me",and i wont conform or do anything just to be part of crowd,but conversley,i let people get on with there own lives,until it causes upset to me or someone else.
I respect people, until they give me reason not to.

I refuse to buy into the Medias hype about youth, the peter pan syndrome, the you have to wear Designer syndrome, what Newspapers to buy etc., I co uld go on.... I am Me, so you either hate me or love me, It hasnt always been that way, I was a people pleaser for years and did and dressed and acted as I felt I should, what others expected.
This infiltrated into many areas of my life. Thankfully, that's changed. I hate bad manners but try and let that wash over me. I live and let live.
I dont conform to any 'norm' or tick any box and that sometimes irks people, as in, not married, no kids so you must be a very high powered Executive type ? wrong, Im creative, artistic and love animals and nature, love men too and real people. It is a Freedom worth millions to be who you are .

I've always had more respect and concern for the individual than for fitting I, so I'll guess I'm a non-conformist.

I have been described as a wild card. To be honest I know I am a wild card. If the herd was going one way. Even if I agreed with them I most likely would be the one in the back dancing the wobble...I think I have conforming issues.

Perhaps everybody thinks is individualist, and probably is in certain sense.

Non-conformist are just a contradiction of conformists. They are not individual to any greater degree. Almost everybody is, to some extent, a compromiser with the group. And the higher your status in the group the less compromising you have to do. The greater the prowess, the greater the freedom.
The most individual of people are people with autism, closely followed by shut-ins and social cripples which are many times the same thing.

I don't pigeon-hole myself into any of these categories. I make my decisions and act according to what I feel is right for me - sometimes it's what others do, sometimes it's not. I have no desire to compromise or conform to suit others, nor do I desire to force others to conform to or compromise with me.
