Sometimes, I met the Notre Dame mascot, the Leprechaun, once when they were here playing at Air Force. I think he got into a fight with the Bird... 
It was a nationally televised game on ESPN, with a 8:00 pm local start time... 
It was a good close game, Notre Dame was lucky to escape Falcon Stadium with a win... ... I didn't get home that night until 3:00 AM... 
The teams I like are CU, CSU and Air Force... and some others, Iowa, Iowa State and Nebraska, mostly the teams close to my area...
I'm watching the second game on today, it's weird without all the fans, but at least it's on TV...
I'm just glad college football is back, it's one of the few things I watch on TV all year...
