Thank you for the compliment, but everyone judges others.... I have never known a person who hasn't looked at and internally produced thoughts on the other person. Some just speak them out loud....

Does not amaze me in the least. Everywhere you look you see thin, thin, thin, which is supposed to be average. My 2 teen-age grandaughters are fantastic size in my eyes but they think they are over weight. It is mainly what we perceive to be average and what makes us happy. Some, such as me, are BB and fine with that. Others look at us and call us obese. Whatever, I know I am happy, fairly pretty, have a great personality and try to find good in all, no matter color, size, health, etc. etc. etc. 
I agree. I "average" American woman is obese. The average dress size in America is 14...14! That is a disgrace. On these dating sites, you can bet that 75% of the women that put "average" in their profiles are actually obese. People are so fat now, even the bar for what obese is has been raised.

1 in 3 Americans are medically obese, as I recall the statistic reported on the evening news recently. It's ridiculous!
You see these guys coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan with their limbs blown off, and they get artificial limbs and go out and run marathons and stuff working to stay fit... if they can do it, I have to wonder what's the excuse of those 1 in 3 obese Americans huh? You got legs, go walking more and eat a bit less. But noooo, that would take effort and nobody want's to put in effort anymore!

i am overweight but before my accident could run circles around most people. part of the reason a lot of us have weight issues is due to this idea, especially for women, that one size fits all. does it change who i am. no would i like to be thinner sure buti have decided at 44 after almost dying two months ago while out exercising to like myself.

I have also noticed that online describtions don't match what i would describe as "average" body types.
But lets be clear about things, is it the description as average and then the person is considerably heavier than you expected, or the fact that someone may have been stretching the truth a little?
People are getting bigger, but if you expect someone to be 6ft tall, tall dark and handsome and 30 years old and a 45 year old whos balding 4 stone overweight and as exciting as a lufa then expect to be disappointed.

Sad, Is what I say, I honestly wrote a whole page about this last Night, and I actually erased It! 45 minutes worth of my mind on here, and instead of posting it which was NOT VERY NICE, I did not Post it....
I will say that I dont have any desire for a woman Bigger than me, weight wise And I am a Muscular 185 lbs, and big women dont attract me.......
some do have some health problems, but most are just flat Lazy and wont diet.... This was the Nice Version...

well you have a right to be attracted to whoever you want its your right larry i was doing well before the accident of losing and running around the restaurant not so great lately with not working but its cool i am getting out and walking as much as i can.
we do need to lose weight but its nit everything either as people get active they tend to lose it. i have lost 40 from a couple years ago and have to get about thirty off. for a lot of women especially my age we dont like our bodies and it compounds the problem

It says Honest carings and in the same sentence LIE abou a Few weighing well over 200 lbs, So that is , Deception, Decption is Fraud, and a Lie, and Says honest all in the same breath... I spoke to some that said few xtra lbs, and she was SIZE LARGE and LIEing... then she admitted it , tho her Lie Costed me MY TIME, that was useless.... So She Lied, AND wasted my time Too..... Thats just Not Right People, cant we be Honest on our Profile

i know you werent harassing me larry its cool yeah we should be honest if we meet someone they are going to know. i wear my weight well but not everyone does. i have talked to men for a while when i was dating and then found out after dating a while they were lying like a rug
The average female dress size is now size 16 to 18. You will find this information widely available. Just because there are so many women in the size 6 - 10 group, does not mean they are average. Up until ten years or so ago, the average woman was size 12 -14 but over the years the body shape has changed.....

At sales there are never clothes in my size, only too large or too small. For me it’s a sign enough that a lot of women have the same size as I have. Isn’t that “average” or very close to?
