Yes, me too! Today I am living to eat ... it is snowing again, and being a lazy Sunday - yesterday I worked hard entertaining a whole bunch of people to what was supposed to be an outdoor bar`b`que which had to take place in the kitchen cause it was snowing! ..... so today is lying around munchng crispy bread that I forgot to give to the guests, smothered in butter, salami, cheese - and then I gonna eat a huge chocolate bunny.
Tomorrow I gotta go walk 6km to burn it off - and then just salad stuff for the rest of the week. But pigging out is so nice to do once in a while!

Oh quite! Of course - if you want to stay healthy you gotta eat to live - to give the body food it needs to replenish itself with. Not just yum-yums that taste nice. Not cooked out (half decayed) old stuff, and processed junk manufactured in factories, full of preservatives, E120`s, E1200`s, F6500`s, MSG, flavourants and extracts, and then packaged into boxes, foil, tins and bottles with an expiry date in the next century!
On the Itntl Forum someone posted a very interesting thread on why we dont recognise our thirst for water - we mistake it for hunger! True hunger is something very few well-fed Europeans can recognise. And it is a good thing to learn what True Hunger realy feels like - and to only eat when we are truly hungry.

Well I'm truly hungry and have been for a few days. No groceries in my new place and nothing is open due to the religious holiday. Thought I'd be on my way back to the old house now but I'm stranded here because of a blizzard. 
The gas station is open, maybe I'll have a few CO2 sandwiches today.

I eat to live and I drink to eat and I eat to drink-whatever is necessary-why have a program,why not take it more easy and let things take their way-there are times when I eat because I want to drink a glass of wine, because I can't drink without eating something.There are other times where I eat, just because I am hungry. And there are time where I eat because I am angry or stressed or whatever!And there are times where I don't eat because I am sad-so there is no real rule about eating for myself!

I went for a drive and found a store that was open. I bought a couple of frozen pizzas seeing as I have no pots and pans here. I think I should have eaten the cardboard box they came in but at least they filled the void.
