My worst fear is the fear of being underground..I don't mean being buried alive..I mean literally being underground can't stand it ..I lose all senses when underground...whether it is in a subway system or in a cave in a mountain...

Heights..something which only became a phobia in my thirties, and rats. My nightmare scenario of rats is that depicted in George Orwell´s 1984.
I´m not trying to conquer them though because they don´t have a debilitating effect on my life. I just try to avoid situations where I encounter them.
One question though. Why do you post so many tthreads and rarely give feedback to those who respond?
