yes i think most of us KNOW what attitides and preserves are in them i can eat a burger know and then in moderation and still stay fit and healthy

Also the fries.Bought a container of fries once just for the fun of it to prove to someone just how greasy they are and let them sit for a few minutes.The bag was soaked with grease.Yucky.
I make my own fries and bake them in the oven that way I can control the salt.I use Mrs Dash seasoning on most of what I cook.
Chicken I perfer skinless and I may roll it in some flour seasoned with Mrs Dash and bake that in the oven as well.
The profits probably go back into the company.

Fast food is now obsolete because Jewel sells giant bags of cheese sticks that only take 12 minutes in the oven! Cheese sticks, I say! Box=o-wine, tripe cheeeeeez Tombstone pizza and cheese sticks. Ahhhhhhhhh. Cheeeeeez, my sweet orange lady! Goooooooo. Drooooool.

I don't eat fast food generally and do eat fish but have been wondering lately how healthy the fish is after reading about the fact that they keep dumping ALL sorts of waste material in the oceans including "diluted" radioactive material ...
Check the fish doesn't glow in the dark (like clock hands) before you eat it

Well I stay away from fast food, prefer to eat healthy.

On a program I watched on TV. A person blood was drawn before eating KFC. The blood serum was clear, without any precipitate. The person ate KFC. Blood was drawn again...this time the blood serum was opaque, this precipitate was fat. Never ever will I eat KFC again. I imagine anything deep fried gives the same result.
