Ladies, how important is the gesture of a gift of flowers?
I love it myself. They don't have to be from the florist. Here, they are available from street kiosks as well as florists. If they are from the garden, or wild flowers, etc. Don't care, just love it.

What about you?
I love getting flowers..dont get them as regularly as I used to though. My youngest son always sends me a huge bouquet on Mothers Day though...bless him.
I would rather go for a walk with him, and he could show me pretty flowers ... I don't really like cut flowers as they end up dying.... diamonds are forever...

That's really funny. Just realized something about myself---I don't care about diamonds and jewelry at all--but I love getting flowers...

yeh, I don't care about jewelry either, it was just a joke...if a man was to bring me anything, it would be himself, I would just be happy with that...

We know, honey, we believe you....we do, really, truly, honestly, we believe you

I agree....
In all honesty, I also believe that were I to have a female partner who is really special for me, I wouldn't hesitate in the least of buying her diamonds....
I sincerely believe they are the ultimate compliment a male can give to a woman....
I'd like for him to take me where they're growing and I'd just look at them and smell them. No need to interfere with their plans by cutting them off and bringing them home where they would die in the vase after a couple of days.

They're going to die anyway, might as well die in my house, in a pretty vase

Flowers are always a nice suprise, but so is a greeting card in the mail.I would rather have him give me something more practical if he going to spend his money.I think real flowers 1x a yea for no reason would be good.
Men are sometimes insensitive and get pre-occupied with worries of the day. This doesn't mean they don't care or they don't love you.
I'm not sure I know what love is, but I cared alot for Sue, who passed away in 2001.
At her funeral, I was looking at all the flowers and thought to myself. Why did I wait so long to bring her flowers? So, men, I would say don't wait till it's too late to bring flowers. Sue never saw all the lovely flowers that were given to her, But in my Bible is a flower given to me from her

Hi ship i
think alot of us are confused about what love is it means different things to different people. Flowers
can be a token of love, but the love that matters is how we treat the people we share our lives with on
a daily basis. I'm sure Sue knew how much you cared for her
