I cook my steaks the same way I make love to my woman. I keep it in the broiler for as long as possible without getting burnt and take it out before the juices dry up.
Grill it with some burbon poured over it. Turn it over and do the other side the same . You can put a little salt if you like but the burbon is realy all you need . Once you try it all others pale in comparison . . . . . .

Oh yea, forget the steak sauce. Carmelized onions and mushrooms is the only way to go! Steak fries or monster onion rings with the ear of corn are side dishes hard to beat. Red wine works for me with any meal including chicken and fish. White wine is the norm for the latter, but I prefer red because of the health benefits.
