In a new poll from Boston's Suffolk University, more than a quarter of the nation says Fox is tops when it comes to who they trust the most and O'Reilly is the most believable.
"This poll shows two things: first, the network news have completely lost their brand. Second, the only network with any intensity is Fox News," says Brent Bozell, president of the conservative Media Research Center. "Bottom line: the more they attack Fox, the stronger it is getting," he adds.
The key finding in the telephone poll of 1,070 likely voters is that network news is dying. Some 28 percent say that they trust Fox News the most, followed by CNN at 18 percent. After that, the trust in TV news nose dives. NBC was third, at 10 percent, MSNBC fourth at 7 percent, CBS and ABC tied at fifth with just 6 percent."In short, American's TV news preferences have come a long way from the sainted Walter Cronkite telling us, 'That's the way it is,' or Huntley saying good night to Brinkley, or Dan Rather," says Stephen Hess, the presidency and media scholar at the Brookings Institution.

But of the top 10 most trusted new sources, O'Reilly is king, at 9 percent. CNN's Anderson Cooper followed at 6 percent, Fox's Mike Huckabee at 4 percent, Fox's Sean Hannity at 4 percent, Wolf Blitzer was sixth at 3 percent, followed by MSNBC's Chris Matthews at 3 percent, NBC newsman Tom Brokaw at 3 percent, CBS anchor Katie Couric at 3 percent and ABC's Diane Sawyer at 3 percent.
Being in the middle of the Top 10 was good for Blitzer, host The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer. He tells us, "Happy to be Number Six. It's a very nice number—always has been one of my favorites."
Media Matters' Rabin-Havt added that it was encouraging that at least Cooper was second behind O'Reilly. "That's a very good sign," he says. "That would give me hope."

You know...laying down face first on the road or sidewalk....on some public steps. Trying to touch only their nose and toes to the ground.
Am just trying to imagine a planking Taiwanese student here in the US in Central Florida.
Beside the tire marks on their back, what else could go wrong?They do that in little old St. Cloud, FL....the local bike patrol officer would be over to ask them if everything was OK? The canine officer would be pulling the dog off them. But only after the dog had a chance to stiff for drugs.
The planking students.....would find America a tough country to plank in I think. In the major cities we have enough planked homeless addicts....so they would hardly be noticed. In the rural areas, they can go and plank all that they want to. The cows don't care, they can eat around them. The grass will still grow.
Maybe the planking student would want some privacy to their plank. Head to some national forest or range land to lay a plank out. Which is a really good idea right up till the time that the Grizzlie or Cougar takes a interest in a planked meal. Skip the cooking, both can have it on simply the plank and raw.
But one has to give the girls from Tiawan high marks on a creative miss use of their bodies. If this trends take hold....as I am sure it will. I hope planking becomes the norm of Coopenhagen and Liberals around the globe. It will be easier to identify a liberal when they are planked. Many seem to be that way now.

Planking?I’ve seen more fiction writing on this thread than I could produce in my lifetime. I’m just chiding with you. I earned more than $75,000 dollars last year by writing for Magazines and the Internet. I gave 1/3 of the money ($25.000) to Charities.
Virginia is a great State. The Economy is better there than in most States. I didn’t mean to insinuate that Virginia was Socialist.
This is what I believe:
I work hard for my money and I have the right to choose where it goes, not the Government to decide for me. I chose Cancer research. The Government is choosing Liberal things like controlling what we eat and taxing us on how many miles we drive our cars. The taxes are not going to the poor with these programs.
Charity works and always has in the US. Call your local Hospital here, and you will discover that most of the poor who can’t afford Health Insurance are funded by Charity, not a Government provided health care system. The Obama care plan sucks.
Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. That is the American way.
I have a Right to carry permit in Ohio and Hawaii to holster a gun on me at all times. The US right to Bear Arms. Smith and Wesson 38 special and a Lockheed hunting rifle at home. I’m not fearful to use them if the US Government comes after my money and assets to gain more taxes.

To put this into perspective. Google and the US government both accused hackers from China's Jinan (home of the China Military Technology Schools)city tapping into the g-mail accounts of various high ranking government officials.
Hillary Clinton said the hacking was a pretty sever case. So again this government loses vital and classified information in a internet security breach....like wikileaks. This time the US government officials were directly involved in the leak.
How so? They were down loading from the secure government sites to their personal g-mail accounts so they can work on files at home. Hence they made the material accessible to hacking.
But the net has been ramp with rumor that governments were behind the tweeting and twittering of the Arab Spring. The two Chinese scholars decided to point a finger of the rumor mill of the net. And focused it directly at the US.
They don't mention Iran or its 3b communication company owned by the Revolutionary Guard. As being a possible culprit. Surely Iran gained some power in the effected countries as the Muslim Brother hood knocked down the old regimes. But we know now that China is trafficking NKorean missile technology to Iran. So China has a reason not to mention Iran as a culprit.
Were did the US gain power in the Arab Spring? Or Isreal? The Gaza border has been opened by the Egyptians. Failing the Isreal blockade of Hamas. Think that the US wanted that? No
Or in Libya. The US tweeted its way to a stalemated war that could place US boots on the ground? This President that took 14 months to decide the Afghan surge and was dealing military systems to Qdaffi prior to the revolt? No.

This was a major compromise of the United States National Security and it occurred under the Obama administration.
So one would expect heads to roll and new security procedures to net using Government officials with clearance to occur.

Virginia is a great State. The Economy is better there than in most States. I didn’t mean to insinuate that Virginia was Socialist.
This is what I believe:
I work hard for my money and I have the right to choose where it goes, not the Government to decide for me. I chose Cancer research. The Government is choosing Liberal things like controlling what we eat and taxing us on how many miles we drive our cars. The taxes are not going to the poor with these programs.
Charity works and always has in the US. Call your local Hospital here, and you will discover that most of the poor who can’t afford Health Insurance are funded by Charity, not a Government provided health care system. The Obama care plan sucks.
Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. That is the American way.
I have a Right to carry permit in Ohio and Hawaii to holster a gun on me at all times. The US right to Bear Arms. Smith and Wesson 38 special and a Lockheed hunting rifle at home. I’m not fearful to use them if the US Government comes after my money and assets to gain more taxes.
