Hey LJ, Pearl Harbor was devastating to the American ego, but killing 80,000 or more at Hiroshima is unforgivable. If you want to play war games then it's between soldiers and soldiers, not innocent women and children....that's just not right....the Japanese did hit hit a military base......sometimes us Americans do some reprehensible things such as My Lai.....

Hey Lou, I only listened to half the video, half more than I expected. One must understand that a narcissist is one who lives off of projection. They size their prey and emulates them in every facet of their evil pursuit. That's why the video said his supporters are young white males. That's because those are the most impressionable and can be easily led into Trumps fold. So, I do like (some) of the things Trump says, but I know he only says them because he knows that's what 'the people' wish to hear. I'm an advocate of a 6 or even 8 year presidential term of office, but in this case if he does win....thank God it's only 4 years......and maybe he's crude enough to scare some of those ISIS folks.....

Cal, if that's your choice that's fine....it's your choice. My choice is to avoid the headaches of a bad PM....women are hard enough on they're own without complicating a relationship with MP.....I don't make the rules, but I try to avoid ANY pitfalls that may be awaiting me......

I forgot Molly, yes eating properly....but after MP the bone density decreases because metabolism also decreases that leads to more bone loss. Like the article I gave to Z, you have to increase your calcium intake at MP just to keep up with what your body is normally doing.....
