When situations happen like that to me, I think that this country anyway spends over 13 billion dollars a year on antiphyschotic drugs....it helps to understand that there are many people out there that fit into the "mentaly ill" class.

Coffee, it sounds like your referencing an early case of dementia or early onset Alzheimers. Most recent studies believe that Alzheimers may begin as far back as 50 years prior. So, maybe you are getting older and just don't know it... Alzheimers is a neurological disease where an excess of a protein called Beta Amyloid builds up on the neurons of the brain and starts to deplete the myelin shield that protects the neuron. That's why it's a very very slow process before things start to get short circuited. Thanks to GE which developed an MRI scan that can see the accumuclation of the plaque we may be closer to an earlier diagnosis. It's called a PET scan which stands for Positron Emission Tomography. There are several other tests available you may want to get some testing done here since earlier detection is the name of the game. GL
Dogs and more so cats are very aware of a spirital presence. Have you had any other incidents of "ghostly encounters"? Maybe the scary movie was to scary for the Ghosts!!!!
Ah, I just read your origional blog. I didn't realize you were talking about yourself here. Everything I stated above I stick by, except the you and yours piece.
I don't see stuttering as being any kind of issue whatsoever. Unfortunately, as kids, we would make fun of others who were "not like us", but as you mature you come to understand and accept other peoples impediments. Even when dealing with personality disorders (sociopath/narsissis) it's hard not to have empathy when you understand the challenging conflict these people have to deal with.
I would think that has you two get deeper into a relationship and the comfort level increases the stuttering goes into hibernation or it's not even noticed by you. It's like a foreign language, you try your best to understand . best of luck to you and yours....

Oh, that's an easy one. After your FWB blog yesterday, there were people who couldn't understand how you can do that. Deep in your mind that's not the relationship that you really want either. So, your mind went back to the "good" times of your relationship with your ex. wishing you can have a true committed union once again.
Kaz, actually, it sounds like your parents are being the selfish ones here. They're not understanding all that your doing... college/volunteering/working and working out amongst all you domestic chores. Working your body is just as important as all the other things you are trying to accomplish. Sounds like a one on one with them can alleviate some of the tensions. gl

kaz, it appears that you are falling into a trap that many of us fall into. The feeling of continuity of family. This was the hardest part to unravel after my divorce...dealing with the "sense of family". I know it feels good to you that your somewhat of a family, but those feelings are separate and unique from the feelings you should be having towards your ex. It appears your trying to make it all "correct" for everyone versus what is correct for you. good luck and take your time deciding

Ok, except when you become to understand that if it wasn't for women shopping the world would be an economic disaster. So, no I don't expect her to be like me ( i hate shopping), but I enjoy taking my partner shopping.
Lana, I should have responded to your last sentence. Under motivated/over motivated, she can be a highly motivated sociopath, or a very under motivated narcissist...yes that would definitely matter to me. I'm just looking for 3 ingredients Trust/Respect/Love. and a few secondary ingredients as well

maybe that's the answer...just provide weight and height and forget all the possible descriptions. We all have experience from prior relationships to know what is acceptable to us and what is not.
Well, I think I'm trying to take it a little deeper than a mismatch profile vs. picture. I'm trying to attack the root of the issue, in which, people are displeased with their body type (and who isn't), but I would hope that they know that they can effectuate change if they desire.
I understand the nuances of "size/weight" classification. It's the profiles that say slim/slender, and the reality by definition is obese. Obese is measured in the USA as 30 lbs overweight. I like your web-cam idea. thanks for the insight..
Unfortunately, my comment was based solely on women, since that's all I search for. My statement holds true then for all men and women, if you don't like your situation try to fix it, you will be surprised at the results.
I'm sorry to read that your hurting, but it sounds to me that you may need to find the inner strenght to move forward. You will be surprised that when you do move forward, Chris comes around. Then you will have many choices. Good luck to you.....
