Ken, if that concoction doesn't put on the weight then you better start thinking about the new and improved reverse stomach pump. 5 days a week I have a kale leave, spinach, blueberries, banana (all organic) some almond milk preferably Silk vanilla and 4 ice cubes and voila.....last about 4 hours....

last year I was reading an in depth horoscope about myself and the first sentence said that I was very persistent.....and it's true, any accomplishments in my life has taken persistentness. At first I thought it as a weakness, but other people close to me take it as strenght. So, who am I to not agree with them...actually, I think it can be either, it depends how you go about it.....

EK, living the commandments would be one way...but over all, like I use to say to my son every morning when I drove him to school. Be nice and kind to everyone and they will be nice and kind to you.....as he went to middle school I had to add 'most of the time'.......it's just random acts of kindness that we need much more of...I truly believe we're in trouble as as society and we need to change our ways and thoughts about our fellow man......
