Would you buy this house...?
Dear All...I need your opinion...
In my neighbourhood, there is a house on auction... enquiry as to why this house is in the market, it was revealed that a suicide happened there a few months back...
Now the shocking part is... this is the second suicide in the same house - six years apart, exactly the same way, both males of whom their wife or girlfriend left them... no relation to one another...
Would you buy this house if the price was good...?

some people would buy it for just that reason alone, but i myself wouldn't.
Where i live, there once used to be a block of apartments and the street i live on is where a block once stood that had 3 death incidents.. one was where a young lad hung himself because of his father, the other was where a woman and her children were burnt to death in a fire, the 3rd was the father of the children.
As for where i live,some call it haunted street..
no the block of flats are not there anymore, my street has been built on the grounds where they once stood.
Few vears ago a poor little boy tragically hung himself in an odd accident...but rumour has it, he couldn't take daddy and mommy fighting anymore
But ever since then some expect a house fire on the street, along with another hanging of somesort....
but ah sure, thats only talk..
Well, I think I would't buy this problems house as don't want have nightmare at night.
But being an investment,if people know these stories they will also hesitate to buy and your investment money will be locked for a long time. (cant resell it quickly). So rather go for other house . JMO
You have a choice if you were to live there: You can believe your link to their lives and deaths through the house will negatively affect yours, or you can value their lives.

SOME PEOPLE CAN JUST GET ON WITH IT LIKE NOTHING EVER
HAPPENED ! THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS GOING TO HAVE A BAD HISTORY.

Your input was really appreciated. Early this morning I had the opportunity to enter the house, viewing it from the inside... Although it was neat and repainted, the 'feeling' I got was that of uneasiness and discomfort. The valid question could be if this was my subconscious playing a role. For the latter, I don't have an answer... However, I believe one should feel comfortable when buying a place...even if the purpose is to resell... Hence, I am going to pass on this one...
Good idea not to buy the house...trust your instincts...paranormal activity could be there and those negative energies can affect you...
But,if living as a home to own, big NO! I believe that the spiritual living there within. You can ask to the expert about paranormal or a ghost hunter, I am absolutely that I am right. :)
