Ah!! CC, you just jogged me memory....we use to race cars on a back road we even marked it out quarter/half mile.......that was really great fun...how could I have forgotten???? I use to race my friend he had a Plymouth Road Runner 383 engine....ah!! I still remember the numbers
Yep Avias, good ones....the swimming pool...that's a big one.....dinosaur land.....liability insurance too expensive and a diving board, which was the best...gone all gone.....
Very rarely do I see Hopscotch chalk marks, but I have....now, only the scotch part is my memory..... Biff, I spent 3 weeks in Scotland and I can tell you, they make the best, the best scotch in the world...
Hi Ek, when I use to work in New York City I loved walking down 5th avenue during Christmas time, the window displays are phenomenal....actually I did that last year, so it's still possible here, but I can understand the concern.......
Molly, hi, I would just give her a credit card, I realize how uncomfortable that would be to have to constantly ask for monies...then when the bill comes, i rake her through the coals....so the pain is just once a month for her
CH, it's hard to argue with that, it sounds just perfect. I have 3 good friends that have been married over 28 years, it's tough, but they have great families and work hard at their marriage. Everyone always looks for the easy way out...and divorce is easy compared to working every day on the marriage.....
Well, lets look at it from a higher place; in what works and what doesn't......divorce rates are through the roof for 1st marriages and over 70% for second marriages and growing higher and higher.....it doesn't work the way it's currently structured to high a failure rate. If you were running a manufacturing process you would need to change the process...too much failure is inexcusable......Ch, you had it, your husband told you that you were the happy part of his day to come home to..and that worked for awhile...If you have a belief in which ever God you worship one would have to think that (just from the biologics) that God created man to procreate and women to nurture...don't have to be a brain surgeon to see that thats the structure.....we have left our intended purpose here on life....maybe the woman doesn't need the protection of the man figure today, but will tomorrow bring with the way of the world???????
Molly, limited moment here, but you get it.....bad and good on both sides no reason to hate the whole team......you're one of the few that understands, maybe because you do appreciate our gender......have a nice evening......
Hi Johnny, understand what your feeling. I just ordered a book from Amazon by Scott Peck called People of the Lie. I think you will enjoy it very much....have a great day and remember the road to healing begins with you
Bull, if your comfortable with him then that's all you need for now, sometimes men take a lot longer then women to express their feelings. Remember, us men were taught to be emotionless and strong. When, I visted a girl in Latvia it took me a while to warm up to her, nothing happens as we think it should happen.....patience...patience and good luck
For all you dog owners: just now over the news a labrador retriever just shot it's female owner in the foot. She left her 12 gauge shotgun on the floor without the safety on and the dog stepped on it and shot her. Even more bizarre the dog's name was Trigger.........could never happen if she had a cat..................true story

Hi Willow, I've had both, cats are easier to take care of..can go away for a weekend and their just fine and you don't have to walk them and they are just as warm and friendly as a dog. Just listening to dogs treat being recalled for salmonella "goodn fun" is the brand name....
Usha, when I was around 10 catching turtles was my thing. I caught this very large boxer turtle and tied a string around him and would walk him down the street.....ah!!those were the days
Absolutely Ken, the number of 'Pre' diabetics is staggering. Many people (type 2) can help themselves. Getting their weight down, exercising and eating properly (like you mentioned), but the real problem is many don't want to do what is required to get their HbA 1c levels down to the 5.5-6 level, they're completely content with levels of 8 or 9.....sometimes I wonder if people are a self destruct course, they just don't care. they want to eat what they want, when then want it without having concern....I just don't understand.........diabetes as CK mentioned is a horrible horrible disease.....as they start chopping off your limps so you can live to the next chop......

Hi Ck, I'm really excited about the contact lens, not sure of the workings yet, but it could be an invaluable tool to keep a constant measurement of your glucose levels.....Tell your daughter to start looking for that man, her time is a come........
things are changing fast and furious in the world of diabetes. Google has just spun off a company they now call Alphabet, this company has a division called Google Life Sciences. They are working with another company that created a contact lens that monitors your glucose levels. Now, to this it appears they are adding another new innovative product called Afrezza. Afrezza is an inhalable insulin prandial type; to be used at mealtimes. It's fast acting and leaves the body very quickly. It is the only product that almost exactly mimics the pancreas. Very easy to administer (just breath in), doesn't need to be refrigerated and no needle requirements. HbA 1c levels are being reported dropping dramatically, this can be a major cause of heart attacks. And then add to that it lowers the Glycemic events that can be harmful to the diabetic.
I'm looking for the EMA to approve Afrezza in the next few weeks in Europe...Google contact lens...not sure of delivery timeframe. But, Google is determined to make Diabetes a very easy and workable disease....
Niayana, your funny, speaking of old men with a young woman. According to your profile your 44 looking for a man 47-67. Fool me once shame on me,but I won't be fooled again. I know what you are
Things I miss from the younger days.......
Biff, without a doubt..... that's scotch in those mugs
