UNL, it's quite a fantastic machine. I make veggie smoothies in the morning, with ice and carrots and other stuff it has a taper that you can smash down all the ingredients. A smoothie cycle if you with to just walk away while it mixes. The soups are great, I make a creamy broccoli cheaddar cheeze soup...4 minutes you have thick creamy soup....it's great....
I just thought of a great Christmas gift that you can share with all your friends here at CS.........a real picture with those Christmas stockings would be a great starter present....no??????
I tried Molly I really did, but when I submiitted your photo they rejected the policy.....some crazy rule they have on only insuring the tangible......
Angel, I've made many different breads with it. For Thanksgiving I made a cranberry/almond nut bread. I had to put it in bundt pan so it came out looking like a cake.
Oh, Rob I forgot......great point....the how to videos......I went to the dealership to find out what they charge to replace a cabin air filter in my car.....$89. I said WHAT? He said it's tricky. Went home looked at a video ordered the filter and installed it in 2 minutes.........
Hi Rob, absolutely correct, in days past I would have just bought a new garage door opener and been done with it. But, knowing you can get what you require actually makes it fun to fix things.......enjoy your Sunday...
Biff, your correct, but what amazes me is the garage opener is 12 years old now and I found the part in 5 minutes. I guess that's the part that surprises me the most. I believe manufacturers are, by law, suppose to carry replacement parts for 10 years. So, the heater part was 11 years and the garage part 12......I love the availability and ease.....makes you want to fix more things......
yes Biff, I think the microwave is the best asset to the kitchen......and it's true the internet is killing the local brick and mortar establishments. But, if this was years ago, I would of had to drive all over town to find someone who would carry the part I needed and then wait a week or more while they ordered it in.
good day Biff, well this morning I glowed when my priest waved to me from 75 feet away. If he wasn't black I wouldn't have recognized him from so far away. ( think it's time for some long distance eye relief)
but, anyhow he's a new priest from Africa and I follow him to his Masses only. And when he waved to me this morning I felt .....he's on to me....he knows I'm a groupie for his Masses.
Ah! childs play: move your mouse over to where the cat or ( dog in your case) wiggle your nose three times, shake your right foot twice, look up look down (quickly), say a little prayer, and like magic either you or your blog will disappear.....
Key: use the right foot, not the incorrect one.....
So, when I can't see this blog any longer I will know you've succeeded....
Always your call Cat. Then the way you described it says to me that it's not a bday gift, but a payback gift. I think you maybe missing what she may want and you are to focused on the payback ...jmo
I think you misunderstood me. I know Bea's like a sister, so get your ex a sister like gift. I think if you give the expensive gift to your ex you may regret it down the road and do a what was I thinking ??
