Oh, one more thing. I know a woman 37 years old and one 41 who are going through it now. Research has been written that MP is coming earlier in the female life cycle .......maybe it's the water.....

So, CH don't bank on the average age of 51...... just to brighten up your day since you've been getting blasted lately....

Z...happened to come across this article for the UK... Osteoporosis affects 1 in 2 women over the age of 50 in the UK. But the biggest problem is that osteoporosis is so often a ‘silent disease’, bone loss happens gradually over time, without any symptoms. Osteoporosis, at the moment, remains woefully unrecognised and yet it is preventable and treatable.

yeah Z, I can't tell you how many times people have spoken to me about magnesium in just the last month......my friend had kidney cancer and the Dr. told him magnesium to low........dark chocolate has plenty of magnesium....fyi

My brother-in-law who is a saint by any womans standards told me he couldn't take it anymore and was thinking of moving out.....I drank with him one night and convinced him to hang in there.....they're still married after many many years....

One very important note......one out of 6 women get osteoporosis right after MP ends. Thanks weak bones (lack of calcium)...so they must increase their calcium by I think 2,000-2,500 mg per day.

that's why my age requirements are in the 40's.......no lie....avg age is 51, so I'm figuring I can have some fun and travel before I have to find the fastest running shoes I own......

I'm dead serious about the above.......

If a man has the opportunity to run, he must put on his fastest running shoes and never look back (at least for 3-5 years). Some poor women suffer the ill effects of MP for up to 10 years

It's really a horrible occurrence for a woman...in every facet of their lives. Some women sweat so much they have to change their PJ's 3 times a night (and they're drenched). I know a woman who use to carry a battery operated fan and in the middle of the conversation she would whip it out and you would stand there in total amazement. Every Pharma working on a cure, but there are just too many pathologies that they just can't find one drug cures all.........exercise is very important to reduce the symptoms.......

Cal, to be honest New York is not what it's cracked up to be. In the last 10 yrs I think I've been there 5 times.....always to see ground zero and now one of the buildings on the site is a masterfully done museum of 911..a heartfelt visit indeed....

Your right Cal, first time with a tux was my wedding and then the cruise...I felt like a million dollars on the cruise. Especially the second night I wore the tux...no one else did embarrassing at first, but then I got use to it.......never knew clothes could have an impact on you like that....
