I never know about Bangladeshi are not entitled USA, Europe and Australia until I read your blog... I guess you should post you question to your government. I am sure it is not because the people, as immigration is part of world dynamic, but I guess it is about the political or economical issues...

I remember when Europe opened the Schengen border wider in 1999 by adding more countries in the list, it gives right to the people of those countries to travel free. The same thing with ASEAN countries. I would not need any visa entry to visit Malaysia or Singapore for certain period.

Like Namaron said or the article that Iotaoo launched, this is all about human movement and about surviving. Normally, nations from 3rd countries would always willing to immigrate to better country hoping they could have better future. But if you are strong enough to develop good earning in your country, you would never bother with the fact that Bangladeshi are not allowed to enter those countries.

Maybe become a political refugee would give you an idea to move to Europe, Australia or the USA?

I am very lucky to have my personal policy for not calling someone a FRIEND till time tell me that they are worth to be called friend. And it is just proved when one bad event occurred.

Only bad experience could filter people around you becoming what they are, such as someone you know, quittance, friends, good friends and the top is best friend.

Love your blog... very interesting. one thing that attract my attention is your question at the end of this paragraph :

in my logic, I see it that financial support to children has strong connection with his right to also involve in the children's life. I guess, most of the men have good sense and proud of being father. If he wants his children admit him as their father, he should responsible on their life even they live with their mom and her new spouse.

Regular meeting father-children need to be maintained if he wants to keep his father figure and to have all this access, he should show his responsible such as guarantee financial support to the children. What would his children think if he gives up his responsible financially? Sparing his time ONLY to meet the children would not be enough to guard his right, even only in front of the children. To live, to grow up, to be in well-being for his children, only his financial support could do.

Maybe there is a case new spouse would agree to take care of his new wife's children... (imagine you were doing it), what would be your demand in return? I believe, the simple one is that you would be happy if the children would see you as their new father.

To get the title of MOTHER or FATHER is a noble title that you could earn it by paying it so much in life.

It's like going to school... you pay money, energy and time to be a doctor one day and you enjoy so much when society recognize you as a good doctor... that's how I see about being MOTHER or FATHER.

so, I guess the court is rational about this rule.

that's my personal opinion based on my logic (no formal or legal references)

yeah well, it is just my barely conclusion. The other strong possibility is that the character is coming since they born, like being sarcastic person. There are many possibilities... can be their past experiences or so. In any case, it is important for me to understand those people, so I could give more space to them...

these are bad characters and I am not sure people who have it would admit it. as you know, only others who could judge us... and only us who know when we lie or tell the truth....

I believe... you are having intuition that always tell you about new person, right?

@Kaetchenvonhn... welcome to my blog and thank you for your correction in a number of population and island. I appreciate that you have spared your time to see who I am and other background I have as you know that I was in the UN/WHO to be precisely but that doesn't someone worked for the UN has to know everything. Many the UN press releases are not correct either... in addition to that, I am just a human being who believe that I would know the correct answer when I answered wrong.

But the point is my blog IS NOT discussing about the number of Indonesian population nor the number of island. MY JUSTIFICATION is a personal justification. People could laugh about it or take it like it is, is not my concern. I am not asking for people confirmation either.

Also, my blog DOES NOT discussing the system on how the execution of the death penalty done. You should refer your questions about it to a proper authority. If you try to find the answer on your questions here in my blogs, I could only say good luck hope someone would pop up in my blog with the answer you are looking for.

But if you ever experience working in a place where the political issues is surrounding you, I am sure you will know how it feels. I don't have any logic explanation to your question -why local drug dealer take longer time to be executed while foreigners execution done that fast- but I GUESS, which might be wrong, it is connected to political issue.

Any additional information, like what Kalpataru and you, posted in my blog, would be the benefit for the readers and me.

Fredy the name I mentioned above is Indonesian. 2 other indonesians have been executed for death penalty as well. The Bali nine members are also 2 Indonesian. So the penalty is applied for all.

Good you asked me. Amorthep would not be able to tell the story as she was trauma for quite long time afterward.

We just came back from school. My parents told me that they would go to market for shopping. So, ok we came back home at around 4pm. Amorthep after putting our motorbike in garage directly enter the house with the key while I was still playing with our cats in front yard. I didn't hear anything as normally Amort came back to me for chit chat in terrace so I went inside the house. I didn't find her directly as our house is pretty big and a bit dark... but I heard the door opened and someone run. So, I didn't see him.

I called her and I heard moaning. She laid on the floor in front of our parents' room with blood on the floor. there was no mobile phone at that time. I run out and calling the neighbor and our parents came back. She was in hospital for 35 days and under psy therapy for more than a year as she afraid to enter the house since then...

The court occurred 1 year later as we waited till Amort ready to face the guy as a witness and so did I...

I guess death penalty would not change but expected could reduce the number of dealer.

See I am not an ordinary citizen and I have this view. I trust my government on this decision as I am sure he is surrounded by psychologists, politicians, other experts in their connected field to this issue and he consulted to them before finally he took the decision.

Including the risks !!
