Hi Mimi, Always good to see you. I take it that the 'hype' of organizing to move you and family to the States has calmed down by now. It will take a while to get used to living a quiet peaceful life without problems... Just kidding, problems will always be there, big or small, but knowing you those will be a minor hurdle for someone of your caliber. Keep well Mimi.
Hi Red, I do agree that sometimes we all need to migrate to a fancy make believe world where we can be whatever we want to be. Once again the song 'Dreams are good friends' springs to mind. Keep well Red.
Cs has a long way to go yet. Many many fakes here and its about time they started cleaning up. Just a pity they have taken the stance of 'The trolls are welcome until they transgress.'
This info comes from the WHO. Informed our minister of health.
“We are not certain how long vaccine protection will last. Doctors and scientists are working to understand this better and we will keep the public informed of these details,” Mkhize said.
He stressed that inoculation was not a 100% guarantee that one would not contract the coronavirus.
“The vaccine will protect you from getting severe Covid-19 disease or dying from Covid-19. However, no vaccine works 100% and we do not know whether vaccination prevents transmission of the coronavirus. It is therefore still important to follow the standard Covid-19 safety precautions to protect yourself and those around you,” he said.
To help 'remind' the gun-owner of responsibility, they could bring out a law that all legal gun-owners should send a written affidavit, testifying that all firearms are not stolen, still in their possession and safely locked away in a gun-safe etc. to the designated authority, every 3 months. This cumbersome task will not only remind the owner to take responsibility but would also dissuade the prospective buyer to think twice before purchasing something he cant/wont look after.
Just an idea for a lil more control instead of completely banning the ownership of guns.
I consider myself as one very lucky guy as most of the ladies I have communicated with, and met through CS were all genuine and so were their profiles. Not bad for a guy that's been on CS before 2010. The attention seekers I avoid but will still humor them from time to time.
Good interesting blog. Looks to me as if Chauvin's actions have been explored at every possible angle. Personally speaking, its really not easy being a street cop these days. Thats why more and more cops are leaving the force to join private security companies and I wish him good luck. It will get worse before it gets better, with many many cops just looking the other way when crimes are committed, and not doing the right thing. Jmo.
Its my life
