The pictures are AWESOME! Love how the bird has just become part of the family and enjoys all kinds of activities with them.. cleaning teeth etc... AMAZING!!!

sometimes the least said the soonest mended.

I guess, thinking of our few Muslim friends that I have come to know on here and putting myself in their shoes, they must get tired of keep seeing the word `Muslim` assossiated with hate... and feel people are tying them all together. They abhor the horrific acts as much as we do. They are sad people have suffered just like you and me. It is not their fault, but they feel like they always have to justify their position. They shouldn`t have to justify their believes. It is the fanatics that cause the problems and I know you understand this.

I didn`t till someone pointed it out to me and I went and ploughed my way through one blog and felt quiet depressed by the end of it so only scanned the other blog as I felt I owed it to all concerned to make sure I was understanding what I was reading. Wished I hadn`t read any of them... made me sad

Thats why we have to becareful how we discuss things.
Sometimes something is just better not said. I guess we have to ask ourselves our motives for saying things. Kindness will always win at the end as at least people have their peace of mind and their integrity in place.

Nam, I know you didn`t say anything wrong at all... BUT sometimes some blogs in my opinion have got out of hand and it does read that `all Muslims are bad` That is sad and NOT true.. that is all I am saying. We are on here with people of many believes and need to be sensitive when discussing certain subjects.

But we know like Kal and Amor on here who is Muslim and are lovely fun people. We can only judge as we find and that is with anyone.

As a Christian I do not feel a need to go on the defensive when people say things about us. I try to be careful how I would respond to someone as contention never sorts anything out... but will only make something worse.
I do make a stand for who I am though and am happy to stand up and be counted a Christian... though one who is very imperfect and striving always to try and be better.

I believe we should always look for the good in others.

Sounds like you had a very bad night.. just hoping tonight you will have much more peace.

I think I would be concerned about the girl who is crying a lot. Not sure how you would deal with that as you don`t want to sound like you are prying but maybe if somehow you could ask her if she needs anything. Maybe say, you notice her parents are not there is there anything you could do to help her. It is a disturbing situation.

For me that would be a no. I always struggled with people smoking around me When I was a child as it affected my chest (my dad and 3 brothers smoked and 2 of my sister in laws) I don`t judge people who do, but find it hard when around it

Sure there are some who are ok with it though. Maybe it is easier for those who smoke themselves.. a little like garlic, when someone else has it you don`t notice I am guessing.

You are so right though it is very annoying when people do not take responsibility for their animals and allow them to waken up the whole neighbourhood. There is no excuse for it either. Maybe they are howling in the house and so the neighbours let them out so they can get some rest

I have had my moments though Nam. I remember once at church .. this unfortunate lady came into the building (she was somebody who you would term as not been all there... lots of problems and issues, but a kind soul) This young man, made a statement that .. a smell had just walked in. (she did have a bad odour problem) I knew she had heard him and her head went down.I saw RED
That young man was cornered by me and I let my tongue have free reign on him and told him to NEVER NEVER say that again... I went on to say how the Saviour would have far more time for the likes of this dear girl than for comments like he made. Apparently I did upset him as his lovely wife told me. I apologized that I might have hurt his feelings but felt I had to say what I did. I actually loved this young man, but I don`t think he has forgiven me to this day.
Like I said I do find unkindness and injustice hard to tolerate. So you see... I am far from perfect Nam

Hummmmmmm the only thing I really get upset about is injustice and unkindness( not for myself but for others) The rest I can deal with ok ..... Oh, I also find people who feel very sorry for themselves difficult to deal with too, which I feel bad about as they probably need the most love
