He's a good guy, Bill Browder. I bought a few books on Putin recently including "Red Notice" which I started, but having looked at another one "From Russia With Blood" I switched to it because it's riveting. Two more are "Putin's People" which I also started and "Putin v The People", not yet looked at.
I would say that these are vital reading if we are to understand just how bad Putin is.

Maybe part of the reason to buy is for DT giving him a useful platform now, then in return he will be given licenses for satelite wifi later. Twitter customers could be offered a deal which would attract new customers and in time could see world domination of social media.

A few bloggers recommend non medical "cures" and health enhancers without knowing if they are safe.
Some bacteria are harmful and are often found in wild vegetation. Some animals that inhabit these environments also carry harmful bacteria and viruses. So I would recommend checking first.

It's good to try to think of ideas for dealing with problems, and good of you to share your idea.
I've thought about this and fail to see how it could work because if you can't think of a solution as yourself then you tell yourself that you are somebody else but you are not. You are using the same brain.
Having said that I haven't tested your theory so I obviously don't know.
You mentioned stress, presumably that's the cause. Why not work on removing the problem?
For example a working environment especially open plan can cause stress which will damage both mental and physical health. So better to change jobs rather than look for remedies.
Just discussing, not judging.

Why poison Roman Abrabovich. I thought he was close to Putin, or was he being sacrificed in order to get Zelensky at the meeting in Kyiv. It didn't work anyway, he has recovered.
