RE: Stupidity or crime

Guess it’s a law here in the states passed in 2022 as attached below. Doesn’t happen all that often … until the perv(?) gets caught with a video camera in the women’s bathroom? It happened to a chiropractor locally. So, I don’t think this is an Irish “thang”. Don’t mean to make anyone paranoid either. Tis what it tis. Ridiculous?

So, read it, and some of the incarcerating “intimate visual imagery” things could be a distinguishing feature, a person’s face, unique birthmark that identifies them etc. to harass or intimidate and guess extorting? It’s all subjective in court for civil liability. People have to think beforehand in sending pictures, but maybe that’s too much to ask? But yeah, teenager boys/girls have it rough if receiving pictures and the wrong friends/people find out. Thought this was for the “stars”, but most are dying off. Whoops ... one coming below ...

Believe this happened to David Ortiz (ex-red sox baseball player - retired). Someone took his old phone and extorting him for money? Apparently got into his bank accounts.

Of course, you know who gets the bulk of the money … landsharks!

RE: Is Covid making a comeback?

Face diapers, as with vaccines, were created to control the masses to dumb them down and keep them down … to obey or to shut people up. Good luck with that! Just be sure it has high “aluminum nanoparticles” in it for the “boost” as it hasn’t been evaluated for safety levels in the body. professor scold

RE: The supernatural V's judgement day...

Yeah, stirring the pot with a pan. Nice touch.
I think we are being judged daily in our interactions (individually) – you live your best life, if that isn’t good enough for the almighty by what one has done then TELL ME! Then it would be called SURPRISE DAY for not knowing what to go by aside from the sins. Even if it means woman in a minvan (at accident) should put their makeup on before driving into men. Second sign for you. Yup, was it tweety bird that stopped you? Must’ve meant you ran over the cat, then … laugh

Otherwise, I’m good. Just inciting rudeness and all … here … aren’t you. laugh

Jenny sez it all – anything more? conversing thumbs up

RE: The supernatural V's judgement day...

T.G. your done with the pans! laugh More theology? Everyone has their beliefs - right or indiff.

About souls, Jesus told his disciples, “I am going there to prepare a place for you … that you also may be where I am” (John 14:2-3). No one is perfect – that’s why we were put here to learn or fall from grace in judgement by the Lord in contributing to humanity of earthly nature? Don’t believe in judgement day.

Supernatural or beyond natural is a gift, if we are born with - that’s beyond explanation. How it’s measured in our lives is unknown. Like a sixth sense to human nature. No right or wrong. Perception? The soul? Godly figures? One’s beliefs?

It’s unexplainable. One example: starting my vehicle and all the dash lights went on ‘alarm’ going off and just tried to start it! Already unlocked in the garage? Looked, nothing wrong with it? Battery volts were up – checked with a volt meter. The alarm and lights quit when hitting the fob again, so I tried starting and no issue. Deaf, but no issue. Drove to the end of my block to a busy road and a bad accident had taken place minutes earlier. Coincidence? Things that cannot be explained. There’s your sign …

What if the “real” ballots distributed were marked with a special ink (’20) – with the 50 state birds for each - an isotope to insignificant to register when the ballots were copied “unmarked” and distributed for Byden’s gains?

RE: Cost Of Living

Hello - Hmmm west coast - gulf region - Sarasota County? Thanks for the heads up – heeded the warning! But have a condo on the east coast. I’m surprised with the malaria mentioned. Heard there’s still a rain deficit in some parts? Also, heard elect. rates were going up in FL? I know it beats what I’m paying now by 3-4 times where I’m at currently. I worked at L3 Harris eons ago and lived in a town not far away.

It’s so dam expensive, again, everywhere … trust me with property taxes – tax on this … tax on that and live in a tax-free state - not Fl. yet? At least I know the cost of elect. in comparison.

I’ll be sporadic at best on C.S. the next couple of months … lol. Have fun! thumbs up

RE: Depression & mental illness

Hello, wrote me off already? scold I am back now. roll eyes Not leaving! Just side-tracked until moved - settled in. Used to be easy to do this and be on my way. Takes time with some red tape/delays.

Perfectly fine ranting about the subject – better than holding it in. I laugh at stress but don’t want to owe anyone an excuse to not get back to them. No worries - no pan in-ten-ded? hug laugh

Ireland would probably be on a macro scale for exposure than in the U.S. Regional/national. The system is breaking down. Most issues happening get swept under the rug and people aren’t heard - depends how it’s taken, but always in the back of someone’s mind. confused blues

Again, disturbing indeed spending/building a new hospital while the personnel may not have the proper training, overwhelmed or short-staffed? Maybe it was needed? Staph related infections happen after operations at times? I don’t know this situation well there.

Sorry for your aunt, still must be difficult for you to cope with it all. The boys mentioned here also. But I think keeping your best memories of her inside would help you cope with her loss every time the worst thoughts come to mind. It’s always difficult. You have to make peace with this in time. Well, my thoughts, I’d still want to remember the good times as a memorial. To each their own? She may not have wanted to go that way and sad how it ended. I had a childhood buddy go thru stage 4 skin cancer struggling to stay alive with all the medical available and died within a year. Went thru h3ll. sad flower Another friend Treated by 3 extraordinary doctors who defeated the lumps in his arm. Beat to a bloody pulp with treatment but clear of cancer.

A little after the fact but surprised you don’t have outpatient places to at least get painkillers and ice the guy’s finger? Usually, they will contact the hospital if seriousness is considered? Maybe that’s just here? Compassion is lacking now. Common sense is what matters. Cost is always factored in. Startling, but true.

A woman called 911 reporting a 4-year-old kid walking on the side of the interstate a few days ago. She stopped beyond him, pulled over to keep tabs until police could show up. By the time the police got there, the gal had called 911 just prior to say a car pulled over, picked up the kid and identified the car – but not the tags. The car couldn’t be found to date. Child trafficking-kidnapped or saved by someone else? Don’t know how it turned out. Bothers me not knowing. Jim Caviezel movie that came out, “Sound of Freedom” has an eerie ring to it. roll eyes doh very mad Still waiting to see it.

Also, here in the U.S., it is interesting how a Pfizer plant got decimated by a tornado a few days ago and damaged houses, etc. before breaking up? Sterile injectable product for U.S. hospitals were lost.

RE: Depression & mental illness

MB
But just to pick up on at what cost in the long.

Years ago after the last of my aunts five, ventured out and left home, she went through an awful phase of loneliness, felt useless no longer needed... THE emptyNEST syndrome can be difficult for some mothers, more so some than others, after failing her struggles to come through the blues, her friend told her how " happy tablets" had done wonders for her, so maybe she should go speak to her doctor. (shortened)

I’m not on here that much anymore – consolidating/moving, but the empty nest syndrome can be devastating if the kids didn’t make their mom feel wanted or useful. Here’s where drinking, drugs and other issues come in being isolated. She was calling out for help and being on happy pills doesn’t help. Pacifies as the problem gets worse and someone gets addicted. I’m not going to guess any further, but the medical industry has gone downhill like everything else. Starting to think they’re doctors of death. Hope I didn’t I misinterpret you wrong here?

I hope mbken and serene are well with issues for themselves and others. Takes the wind out of one but keep fighting for the good and healthy.

RE: Would you date a writer?

We have successful musicians, and some go on to have marriages. Some more than once.

I would like to hear your thoughts; would any of you date a writer, even an author?

Let’s try a direct approach … sorry … for my lack of seriousness … dunno

RE: Greenhouse Gases

Co2 is given off and trees/plants absorbed and change it to oxygen. Oxygen is just as important as Co2 - natural effect

decomposition of plant life brings chemical energy – photosynthesis. In turn, fossil fuels in time be it methane, oil or natural fertilizer to continue the cycle

Meat or protein is needed daily for humans - Grassfed Beef or similar. Reminds me of PETA – People Eating Tasty Animals

False truisms from the past …

1960’s – Oil gone in 10 years
1970’s – Another Ice Age in 10 years
1980’s – Acid Rain will destroy all crops in 10 years
1990’s – The Ozone layer will be gone in 10 years
2000 – Ice caps will be gone in 10 years

RE: 11 Negative phrases

Could’ve been called 11 Positive phrases instead …

Just a change in your mindset is all. Pessimistic or optimistic. Sometimes life draws you down by the environment, influenced by outside stuff, people and you have no control of things bogging one down from overthinking. Other days you charge full steam ahead and knock out the trivial to expand - move forward. Matter of how it is handled.

RE: WHO KILLED KENNEDY

I could not find solid proof of this except what was written ($4.55B) in Telegram. Take it how you will

RE: Depression & mental illness

Tough subject to approach ... as mentioned no-one ever really wants to discuss. The one that faced the issue proudly says while some others might be seeking prof. help or awareness? Don't take this the wrong way. comfort

RE: WHO KILLED KENNEDY

Was curious about that. And interestingly how the new owner ...

Only 2 months before 9/11, the World Trade Center was privatized & sold to Larry Silverstein. Every single morning he ate breakfast in North Tower on the 91st floor, but not on 9/11, his wife made him an emergency doctors appointment that day.

He also had bought an insurance plan that 'fortunately' covered terrorism. After the attack. he took the insurance company to court. Silverstein won & was paid double, being awarded a total of $4.55B.
This may be the largest insurance fraud in history & he is still a free man.

And some more will know one day ...

Thanks Bentlee!

RE: DARK WATERS

New and improved doesn’t make it better for the users and usually it’s to lower the amount as the price goes up. All I cook on is steel, iron (with lard or butter) … or a grill with steel grates and not meat, all the time … Some stuff handed down by the grandparents is so valuable. Margarine is no good.

Sorry Grand, but I eat no bread or have less of this. Mostly protein my choice.

Interesting how cooking oil is processed, we users had no idea, but heart disease started to increase since the early 1900’s when variations of oils came out and now it’s staggering. Pick your poison now. I didn’t look to see, but heart disease in the 1800’s was nearly non-existent? A tribe in South America/Africa(?) was found to have no heart disease? Need to check. Of course, they aren’t up with everything we know and left to their hearty lives in the bush. doh

TIA … still looked good after this (for actors - lol). Watched it all and glued to it. No popcorn though … bummer uh oh
