He and his car are caught on CCTV camera, the cops were involved so he should be caught, what comes of it is another thing, probably won't even get mentioned in our local papers.
Many years ago we had we had similar attacks with our swans in the Claddagh swamp, many were killed to be eaten but this freak, not the case.
Why he done it, in my books can only be he wanted to know how it feels to kills.
