there is wasting of time to think about the past we cannot change. Keep all your energy for today and for future. It is more important. You are in "the fighting" process, your body and mind must be in one, strong and stick to the same idea of getting healthy.

(A secret....You can increase of healing with eating and drinking all that is red and green, I mean vegies, fruits, herbs...)

I have used make up daily and I use it for long time the same brand... I use makeup, mascara, eye liner, lip gloss daily and I wear perfume of course. Always something different, my last fav is Tierry Mugler "Alien"....

Maybe men never understand that, but beautiful women are not always on the prowl she just waited for her bus and read book, spoke to a somebody... because she relaxed.

Shyness is connected with the fear from refusing, sorry to say... possible refusing is a part of game... everybody of us has faced refusing, so what.. we have survived!

No Firas... my post was not against religions and sects but against EVIL which comes from individuals no matter which churche they belong to.

I am just surprised, why believers especially one of a world bigger religions are so militant, invasive and vicious.
There is no reason to shout loudly "we are genuine, we are pure ..."

According history we can just see, who shouts most, wants mostly outscold people´s thinking...
