If i can turn back Time
If only i can turn back time,i would never have started to smokeAs some here know i have been ill for sometime.I have some ask why i am not here as much as i use to be.Their are no easy ways to others i have single cell lung cancer.So far i am doing well
with my Chemotherapy
I have met some really good and wounderful people here, from lands far away, others close by.
I would like to ask one simple question, for those who smoke
Try to Quit, i know how hard it is to quit, i smoke for over 35years, I wash i never pick up a pack, how sweet it would be to turn back time. Wish you all the best

I've personally had far too many friends & relatives die
from cancer & other illnesses directly related to smoking.
I do hope they caught yours in time and that you will be
in complete remission soon. Hang in there pal !

Hopefully when people read your blog, they won't make the same mistake you did. It's not worth it. They think of the present time and so far how it hasn't affected them, but I sure as hell wouldn't want to go through what you are going through now and put your family through it too.
I smoked from 13-29 and quit cause I was scared of getting cancer. Best thing I ever did. It played on my mind a lot, now I don't worry about it.

there is wasting of time to think about the past we cannot change. Keep all your energy for today and for future. It is more important. You are in "the fighting" process, your body and mind must be in one, strong and stick to the same idea of getting healthy.
(A secret....You can increase of healing with eating and drinking all that is red and green, I mean vegies, fruits, herbs...)
we are all with you...
What is done is done but....
We can change our present
To produce a better future
And its never too late to do so.
