When I joined CS I was in relationship which came slowly to the end. My first reason being here has never been dating there are mostly NO people from my area to meet!!
What I needed was to communicate with people who have faced similar experience as me. I needed to read blogs and threads and after to post step by step just when I felt strong enough - not to hit people with my frustration and disappointment. It took me 8 months to recover in silence and next 8 months to post and communicate to people here.

Today I know what I DO NOT WANT! And it was that I needed to understand...

I cannot change people, I can just change my approach to them.
It helps me to get over disappointments.

Take it easy, we are given so much great things in our life,music, arts, books, films... we are rather healthy, we all have somebody we like and somebody likes us.... let´s enjoy a bit.

Fear is as well important part of our genetical equipment, thanks to fear thousands of generations of our human race were able to survive. Fear helps us to predict danger, fear increases the level of adrenaline in our body, as everybody knows, adrenaline has as well positive effects on our heart activity and coronary flow.

Don´t be so afraid of fear... if fear was not important, the Lord would have never created that.

Keep calm, enjoy each moment and long for beautiful things. Positive thinking and positive approach is the possible way you can walk in your life

People caught in own cages are the worst and merciless with others. They feel so miserable that only they want, is others to feel the same!

Move on, study, push your negative thoughts away, try to vanish them...

I have nothing against smokers, even one of my friends is a chain smoker. Trouble is... I am very sensitive to smoke, because I have light asthma and allergy. When we met and wanted to date, we just had NO place to stay together. According law here, when meal is served is forbidden to smoke of course. There are separate cafes for smokers and for non-smokers. When I was with him in a smoker cafe, I suffered from asthma attack. When he was with me in non-smoker cafe, he suffered from detoxication shock

At last, we had to split up, because to be still on the phone and skype was useless for relationship.
