Most people can find a thousand ways to "temporarily" relieve stress, . . . comedy, walking, sleeping, cooking, eating, shopping, talking

But I think it's a little better to, . . Eliminate it, . .

Just maybe, . . take paper and write down three most important things, . .this guy says to make you upset, . . .then go to sleep and Think, . . for one hour, . . about what you are going to say to him tomorrow, . . . .

And then, . . tomorrow, . .you grab him by the collar, in front of all his co-workers and friends,. , . . . and you Blast him, . . . . , . . with your thoughts, . .

And then tomorrow night, . . . He will have the, . . Stress, . .
