You have yet to see the worst. The past horror stories of scammers and fakes are much worse than the present moment.
I'd like to say though, that there is a certain etiquette of coming into a forum. Being friendly, polite and letting folks get to know you over time produces friends and trust.
Jumping right into fights, taking sides, stirring the pot, starts some folks out on the wrong foot, giving others a bad impression.

I live alone with a handicapped son. I sure wish that the church or the Grange members here would offer a tiny bit of help.But instead, I donate eggs and vegetables to their members.
Makes me feel good, regardless of what they think of me...
