If a profile is not visible, it does not necessarily mean it has been deleted.

It could be hidden for numerous reasons, such as the person is taking a break, moving or doesn't want to receive emails or flowers at this time.

Absolutely!

My mother passed away six months after she went into the nursing home.

The good nursing care she got there was worth every penny.

My stepfather is still there.....

Because I moved away from where my mother thought I should live, she cut me out of her will, leaving all her assets to my step-father. If and when he passed away, the remaining assets of the estate would go to my children.

Then they both went into a nursing home. I was appointed Trustee by the court and was required to keep track of all expenses, sell her house and use every penny to pay the nursing home bills and medical expenses not covered by insurance. I was paid a small amount for two years of work as the Trustee.

In November, the money ran out...

My children and I got nada....

My point is, never be sure that you "deserve" anything

One of my favorite movies is "Patton"

In the movie, part of the theme is Patton's belief that he has lived many lives before.

I liked that theme. Not necessarily that he thought he had lived before, but that he felt that he was part of history.

And I got the impression that when he lived, he had the desire to make the most of that moment in history.

Do your best as if it is the last time!

This year...

Ex husband shows up to gloss me up because I am watching his house while he goes away for Xmas.

He brings me gifts, hoping I will clean his house while I feed the animals there.

The gifts are a coffee can of oyster shells for my chickens, a little plastic thing of fancy dog food for my dog and a drill driver head for my electric drill.

These gifts are the same type that he gave me while we were married
