Your post makes no sense, If war breaks out, all areas are affected -loss of food, healt, life, etc. Then the rest of us pitch in to help feed the surviviors. There would be no Natural anything in this scenario.

Many of us do. Those of us whom have loved ones in both countries. Those of us whom care about the world in general-if two nuclear age powers use their capabilities, it affects and effects the rest of us as well for centuries, IF there is still a world left.

Holidays

To everyone, I don't have phone/internet at home. I go on line when I am on Campus.

I was not able to get to the campus on Tuesday.
I wanted to Wish everyone a Belated Merry Christmas and Hanukkah.

Well, put. I too, have found men to be intimidated when the woman is in a field, he could not be in.

I even had one guy ask me when I was ~ 20 yrs old, if I would please pick field other than engineering, bc he really loved me and wanted to propose to me for marriage.

However, there was no way that he could have me as his wife if my field was one that showed I was smarter than he was.

So, if I changed to something traditional, such as teaching or nursing, I would get a proposal from him.

Once, my jaw hit the pavement, the shock wore off. I informed him if he really Loved me, he would want me to be happy, and in the field I felt a calling to.

So, in that light, my first priority had to be to the one whom designed and created me bc I was called to Engineering for His purpose, not my future husband's.

He told me that it was a duty for a woman to suppress her intelligence to make her husband stand out and above all. I said, well then, I am not, nor would I be the girl or wife for you then, am I?

migratingbird: dear lady..good men are rare..and what u do if u find one..just like other women , u kik him in the bum for his race nationality status etc etc..no lady , women dont like good men..they lobe cheaters and liars because such men gives them something to think about..women need to be worried about something need to be jelous ..and that is what they get..and the good men resort to water mellon for self satisfaction

Oh yeah, forgot Thanks for making sure I won't be able to enjoy a watermelon again for a long time, ugh get yourself a blow up doll. You and the OP need one.

Funny, my experience showed me everything that you are describing about us was about him. I am a good woman and was a good wife and I never cheated or kicked him around but boy did he.

So, the divorces are always the fault of a woman? Thus, she becomes old and ugly bc she is divorced?

And her gratitude would be expected to you but her love to you would always be suspect?

Did you set your sights on a Western, ie American, British, or other enlightened woman and she turn you down? Is that why you are so negative bc a enlightened woman dared to turn you down?

How sad for you. . NOT. . .

You did that wonderful woman a favor by not marrying her. She is lucky to be rid of you.

I lost both of my parents, Dad when I was 16. Mom when I was 29. It is never easy. You do go on and you will always think of them.
