RE: Amada Knox.........guilty or innocent?

Yet that is not how your country men reacted when IRA bombers were sentenced in England, so is it one rule for the Irish and another for the rest of Europe.

RE: Amada Knox.........guilty or innocent?

yes of course but the evidence is mounting more and more, and from reliable sources not the media, that the actual police work was suspect to say the least. material evidence had been tampered with, and that there was NO evidence she was actually there when the murder happened.

RE: Amada Knox.........guilty or innocent?

I never said they were perfect, but as a seasoned traveller, I can assure you that I would rather be tried in an English Court than anywhere else.
That alibi was just as suspect as it only came to light years after.

RE: Amada Knox.........guilty or innocent?

But don't you think that if a member EU country is seen to carry out what appears to be a miss-justice then it our duty to stand up and say this is wrong?

RE: Amada Knox.........guilty or innocent?

You know as well as me that the British Justice system is one of the best in the world, yes mistakes have been made, we are human, but, most convictions are based on fair trials with real evidence, those you mentioned got off on technicalities and in my view are most probably guilty as charged.

RE: Amada Knox.........guilty or innocent?

It is highly probable that the senior members were indeed influenced to make certain decisions yes, as for supporting an American, not the case for me, but I have witnessed the way policing is carried out in Italy and I believe in true justice, something I genuinely think she has not received.

RE: Amada Knox.........guilty or innocent?

Yes I am British :UK: but followed the MCcanns case very closely, there is no doubt whatsoever that the local police failed to follow their own correct procedure regarding this tragic case, read the reports by Scotland Yard, they have castigated the Portuguese police over the handling of this case, without stating who was guilty, but the fact that they could not solve the case correctly due to poor police work.

RE: Amada Knox.........guilty or innocent?

Your missing the point, I was saying that as the Prime Minister is corrupt (Proven) and same goes for most of his politicians, then the judges etc are also open to corruption and will dictate a sentence rather than follow the actual truth.
I in no way inferred Italian politics had anything to do with America, unless of course you want to discuss the friendship between Silvio B and Libiarolling on the floor laughing

RE: Amada Knox.........guilty or innocent?

Besides Italian Police are about as good as the Portuguese, and look at the atrocious mess they made over the loss of poor Maddie

RE: Amada Knox.........guilty or innocent?

Try tell all that to an Italian and they will laugh in your face and just mention two names, the pope and Berlusconirolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

RE: hey do you believe that a ghost or spirit can be recorded in the camera?

While there may well be spirits and or ghosts, I do not believe we have the technology to capture one on film, the man/woman that does so will become an overnight sensation, many have tried but we have yet to see genuine proof.
The Michael Jackson thing was just a publicity stunt the same as those concerning Elvis

RE: Brezezinski’s Chessboard

Nope still prefer Backgammon rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

RE: Is a joint bank account wise?

In my marriages we always kept our own private accounts and any Credit cards were associated with those accounts only, we then had a joint account each paying a similar amount in each month, to cover normal everyday living expenses, rent gas, electric etc. when we wanted a holiday we also used the joint account to build up the money for the vacation.
When a friend got divorced recently, his wife had built up huge debts on there joint account for which he is now liable, so insure no credit is obtained on the joint account.

RE: Brezezinski’s Chessboard

Sorry but I prefer Backgammonlaugh

There is an old English saying

A little knowledge can be a dangerous thingrolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

Defrag is not dangerous to a hard drive unless as was stated the drive stops spinning.

Reformatting a drive and then doing a full restore will not make any difference as you just put a mirror image back exactly as it was prior to reformatting. Unless you restore back to the original factory state.

Running good anti virus etc software is a must if running windows software
Having a decent (Many are free) firewall will also help protect against unwanted intrusion. Windows Operation software has a built in firewall that is actually quite good, but others such as Comodo are better in my opinion.

RE: I have a problem....can you help me please

In my experience, Legal companies have some of the worst hardware/software protection, they hate to spend money so go for the cheapest options, often to the detriment of the actually in house system.
You said they have been hit with virus's in the past, that suggests to me your company needs better overall protection.

RE: I have a problem....can you help me please

Snuggs if this email is going to your works email address and not the email address you used for signing with CS, then you have no problem, you can report this to your computer dept and they can sort it out without any knowledge about CS.
Re spelling, if you use firefox as a browser, then you can get an "add-on" spell check, this checks everything you type in any site or message box etc.

RE: I have a problem....can you help me please

OPening the mail would have little affect in this case, as the mailer would look for a returned email, that tells it that the email address is not valid, if no return happens it learns that this is a genuine email address.

Getting a new email address would stop this, but then you have the hassle of notifying everyone of your contacts.

RE: I have a problem....can you help me please

Which is why I said SUCH as Russian, it was an examplecheers

RE: I have a problem....can you help me please

Snuggs
The ?????? in the text indicates that the script required a font (Character set)that is not available on your computer such as Russian Cyrillic,

Nothing can happen if you just delete the email, preferably without opening it.
It will NOT have come from the forum or even this site, more likely a random mailer has just picked your email address and as the first email was accepted (Not rejected as a false email address) then the mailer will keep sending, eventually it will stop if there is no response.
Don't worry, everyone gets these from time to time.

RE: No photo...no reply

I always give a chance to the faceless ones, but guess it may be different for the girls,I don't limit myself to a visual profile when many people who are genuine have valid reasons for not showing their face on a dating site, many with a picture are false so whats the problem?
