Reducing intake and counting calories worked for me...but I also am basically healthy and have good biochemical balances. I simply ate less for lunch and dinner and changed WHEN I ate. Two months and 20 lbs later it still works.
I know about what my lean body mass is so I only eat enough for that mass to live MINUS a little. The extra weight (fat) goes away...."eaten" up by the other body mass.
I plan to add excercise soon - back to weightlifting - and the added muscle will eat up more fat.....to a point.
Seems it is really as simple as that if you are willing to go through it.
Not eating later in the evening and eating until NOT hungry instead of eating until FULL makes a big difference.
If I'd give up sweet tea and soda I'd be ahead, but.....I gotta have SOMETHING left
I gained almost 30lbs of it working out and though not worked out in a VERY long time I still have prob half or more of it. I'm talking natuaral - not juiced muscle.
If you like the way you are you should stay that way.....find someone that accepts it
.22 is long range due to velocity.....largly b/c it is so small. Police here would never use it b/c it often won't actually bring a man down. A bigger projectile will punch them down even if it does not kill.
I've been fortunate enough to never have to pull the trigger on anyone, but have brought a weapon to bear - makes both people really think about life......
Around here that is a boys gun.....like 10yrs old. I'm not joking either - this is southeastern US and we got plenty-o-guns. I had a 12guage shotgun given to me for my 12th BD.
SO...no self respecting man has a .22 when a 9mm or 44mag can be had
I was in the Marines and can shoot ya at 500 yards w/ no problem or if close - can puch you out with serious jacketed lead.....even ya hide behind a brick wall
Sometimes I think we got TOO MUCH freedom, but better that than NONE.
