RE: Is a 3000 euro fine correct for going 290kph in a 100kph zone??

This a reality of life.

In the US it is illegal to make chickens or dogs fight. Some want to do it, but it is illegal. If racing in the streets is illegal then you have to deal with it. That is life......part of being an adult. Americans can go to Thailand or somewhere if they must take part in these things....so you need also to go where what you want to do is acceptable.

Just the way the world works....

RE: Is a 3000 euro fine correct for going 290kph in a 100kph zone??

thumbs up

Depends on location, but here the US...fines....jain.....and they crush the vehicles. If you want to race (as a sport) there are places for it. Streets are public and owned by the public.....they are not your little playground.

This from a guy who knows something of driving and riding fast....

RE: Does the intensity and ecstacy of falling in love diminish with time?

I know some couples married over a decade that do that. I also have a friend that "dates" his daughter like once a month. It is a way to be sure to keep their bond alive and growing.

It's a great idea and want to impliment it somedaygrin

RE: The Anxious Search For Love

I understand, but think I've finally gotten past where I am driven by those things. Still - it's a risk....

RE: Break all ties or not?

Children are usually the big factor

RE: What does extra security at Airports do.

While it may do some good it doesn't stop the bad guys. If there is a high security place they can go where security is less. Hell - a tanker truck full of gas driven into a mall is something pretty damn easy to do and who is going to prevent it?

This creates jobs and other monies. I had to get a $132.50 security pass just to work on a port that would almost never be a target for anything.
