RE: Long distance - chalenge or not?

I could deal with the lack of physical contact, as horribly frustrating that would be. But close and clear communication, in as many forms as possible, is a must. Ask a zillion questions, talk about the most inane things if need be. But talk!conversing

and then all is possible. Naturally, meeting and spending quality time together is also a must.love

She might be inundated by CS'ers soon!laugh

It is so amazing, isn't it?confused

Back in '85, I used it in relation to getting pregnant at the time or not. The hexagram I got was 'Revolution'. Essentially, it stated, go ahead if you want to. But expect complete chaos to occur.

Well, I actually did fall pregnant. Before my son was born, my husband took off with his best friend's wife with whom he had been having a longstanding affair. (The beggar came back unannounced months after my son was born, still had several affairs though!)He said he did not want the child, and wanted me to 'get rid of it'. It took me a while, but I got rid of him instead. Too long a story. My son is now 23, and is wonderful.

So I guess, that reading was spot on, too!laugh

Hi gussiwave

RE: Yep I struck out...again

As long as you don't run away. Rather, let yourself hang in there, and take it slowly, then it is easier for you to let go of the past. Without taking some risks, you do not and cannot, advance.

I think.uh oh

All the best.

RE: marry an Australian girl or no?

I am going to be politically incorrect here.

You guys have your terrorist fundamentalist friends to thank.

I doubt there would be too many Australian girls, or other westerners perhaps, that would give anyone from the middle east an opportunity to marry and get into their country that way.

Sorry. But I am telling it like it is.

So I guess the answer is, I highly doubt it.

The "I Ching" (The Book of Changes) and the collective unconscious

Thank you. That's how I feel about J.K. Rowling. I love what she has achieved through her writing. She is such an inspiration to me. And I would very much like some of her karma to rub off onto me!

The "I Ching" (The Book of Changes) and the collective unconscious

Oh, yes. Most definitely. And keeping everything manageable and not letting greed take over, is the order of the day. Important tomaintain a watchful, talk to several key people, and then make up one's own mind after carefully considering all facts and opinions. A few months ago, a mortgage broker wanted me to fix a couple of previously fixed loans that were maturing soon. I refused, and talked to my bank manager. I then decided to do as I had thought. Let them go into variable cos I believed rates would drop. I could fix at any time if market turned. Within 3 months, they dropped well over 2% and may drop more again soon!

RE: Do you believe in spirits?

They are a must read, trish. The University of Arizona has written a book detailing the experimental methodology and the results, which validated Allison Du Bois' gifts. So to be able to hear directly from her, only leaves one, let's say, changed.
