Oh...C'mon Garden.....you and all the other Repubs are just pissed-off that Obama did something remarkable in just three years that Bush couldn't do in his entire eight years .......
It must really annoy some of you to no end that he ( Obama ) is in fact in a very good light with this triumph and all the other accomplisments he's made during his administration......

Legal or not......you haven't been successful in producing any language that specifically suggests it is legal. My concern all along is that the USA should "tone it down" a little with any more arrogant military operations - we just don't need any more bad PR globally. But in this case....it doesn't seem to matter since the outcome was what most wanted
