For Christ's Sake......ALL the presidents have received such gifts thoughout the years and somehow now it's Obama's fault that he get's them too ...........
Yea.......kinda disappointed again with Alberta ...was hoping he'de pull a rabbit outta a hat and show "actual UN language" that allowed "military action to kill terrorists across the border in another sovereign territory"......... or anything similar to that ...but NOOOoooo.......
Show me in the UN resolutions Alberta where it suggests a country can unilaterally go into another country to take out terrorists.......... I don't think you can ........
They sure do as it is perfectly legal under UN law.
I searched for that UNSC resolution - but no luck. Pakistan Minister and others speculate that's true - but UN has been quiet on the issue apparently. Maybe it's the squeeky-wheel thing with this one huh Alberta ?
Oh, I understand perfectly - believe me ...... Many of today's problems are perpetuated by boneheads like yourself who get kicks outta Rambo missions. The concept of "Global Arena" is far beyond your reach....
So, what you're saying is the respect for and illegally doing a military operation in another country can be completely ignored if the mission is rightious enough ....
I have no doubts that Osama deserved to die..... But by what means ? Is anyone pursuing terrorists allowed their own rights or means to attack them ? Or is it just the USA ?
No one really seems to know if Pakistan knew we were going in for a kill that nite, or if they truly knew Osama was there.
Don't get me wrong .....inside I said "YES" ! when I heard Osama was killed. But, my concern is how we're viewed by others for for a unilateral operation in another country. Arrogance ?
The intended question posed was - Does the USA have the right to blast into another country with a secret mission without the permission of that country ?
Unilateral Bin Laden Operation
Well Alberta , your info provided only convinced yourself ...It was vague and not on topic
