First thing to do is oust all of the career politicians. I was under the misconception that all of the money from the state lottery was supposed to go to the school system. If we get rid of the politicians that can't even manage their own money, let alone the taxpayer's, we might have a chance to turn this country around.
Don't think I would do it. There is a good chance that somewhere down the line, she will take the guy back and then he will be in your house. But just until they can get things "together".
