hi you being honest i cant remember doing this thread


really at that time i knew i was looking or waiting for something , i didnt know what it was but it was there for a good few days ,like an emptiness or a quite spot inside . iv never had that feeling since then but i wonder about it often ,how could my body want something yet my mind not know what it was ?


it turns out i needed good soul food ,and iv started listening a bit more now too ,but i still do think it is possible to want something and just not know what it is .sorry if i dont make sense the dogs biting my foot

there is one book that i would advise anyone to read its called "empress orchid ,author Anchee min" its based on the true story of China's last Empress ,fantastic stuff .

or what about "Arts and wonders ,author gregory norminton" another fantastic book about the artist Tommasso Grilli ,court painter.

this i had to answer

ok today i have 3 bracelets on (string round my wrist)

blue is for doctors
red is for dentist
green for school
white for everyday things

i have a chart that takes care of my day ,like meals ,dog walks ,appointments ,showers ,vets ,whos coming to see me ,who im going to visit and what not .

i remember who people are by certain things ,like hands or voice .

my biggest concern is if im bad now what will i be like when im a nan i wont be running around in a nighty as il probably want to be different and just be naked ,so watch out
