where i live in the country my next door neighbor is the head electrical manager for this area, so if the power goes down, hes got his boys out working the lines within 15 minutes or less because there's no way hes going to be without power longest Ive ever been without power was an hour in over 20 years because they were having a problem finding the problem
what i will say is never put your faith in anything or anyone, always be prepared for anything so you wont feel uncomfortable
china is still an infant when it comes to technology and quality control, in truth the US is over 50 years or more into the future and china will never catch up. what weapons we have been using in war are toys in comparison to what we really have hidden from prying eyes, so i have no fear of china, and china even knows not to push too much or their little eco system may become devoid of a human presence
Contact has been made. We are of an alien species. If you go to California and other places around the world you will find humans that have laser electric green and blue eyes and their facial features stand out more so than others, this is another genetic tune up. for every generation "some" of our alien species is being tuned up and will eventually become perfect in form and in intelligence.
There are many alien species throughout the galaxy on a constant visitation with earth, although you might not be able to witness them, their technology is advanced to the point where they can literally walk within our footprint and live amongst us totally without our knowledge like ghosts, and some species actually live within us using us as a host to feed their colonies.

I was in the woods hunting for mushrooms one beautiful afternoon in the spring when out of the corner of my eye i seen something sneakely moving along the brush in the treeline. instantly my heart started racing because i knew whatever it was had ill intentions on me because of the way it was was stalking my every move, i pretended like i didn't know it was there and started moving strait away from the thing in the opposite direction, when suddenly the thing started moving very quickly towards me as i could hear it crashing through the brush at tremendous speed, as i increased the speed of my movement, just as i could see the edge of the forests and the vehicle movement on the highway and thinking i would escape my aggressor/stalker that i did not know, I then felt something grab me around the waste and knock me to the ground and commence to maul me very viciously until i was unconscious. when i finally came to i looked up and seen the sweet wild neighbor girl licking her chops with pride for she had devoured me and drained me of every last drop
