It is helping. They chat just like the did when he was living. He asked the other day what she thought he could do as a spirit. He's still learning. But we do know that if he concentrates very hard, they can feel his touch. Em feels his arms around her every night. Isn't that sweet? And he keeps her covered up, because she's bad about throwing the covers off.
Okay, people are going to think I'm nuts, but here goes. I'll admit it. Adam is living with us. He visits his mom a couple of times a day. We are also in communication with him. Actual conversations! He also moves things and is so funny! He said he'll stay until Em tells him to go. He's planning to learn from some other spirits how to reveal himself to us.
He said last night that my mom stays with me a lot.
Our conversations with him started on Christmas Day. It isn't just Em and me, but also his mother that he communicates with.
I didn't plan to stick around - I was only doing this because my daughter talked me into it. So mine is simply my initials and a number. I should come up with something more festive!
Well, Cosmic asked me to let you folks know that he was banned. I'm sure he'll continue to read the thread though. I did see the picture and saw exactly what he said - translucent monks praying! Very cool!
I have a rule for myself now, that unless I specifically decide to, I will not be the transition person. And if I choose to, I go into it knowing that it's temporary.
